First time eye exam and glasses ordered at this famiy-owned practice. What a pleasure doing business with these folks! Dr. Kris Lind conducted one of the most thorough eye exams I've ever had! Explained everything he was doing and why. Karen was extremely helpful assisting me in finding the right frames. Professional yet friendly, these people care about great customer service. Highly recommend this practice!
Addendum: Was promised my new glasses would be ready in approximately 7 to 10 days. Picked up my new prescription today, 6 days after my appointment last week. Could not be happier with the new prescription; they fit well, and the prescription is perfect. Again, a pleasure doing business with this company!

Terrible practice! I made an appointment over 4 months ago for Sept. 28, 2023. They have now called to say Dr. Root, whom my appoint was with, won't be in the office that day and I need to reschedule. They next available is Jan. 2024. This is absolutely ridiculous. The receptionist on the phone even started laughing at me about it because I said that was unacceptable.

Just called to reschedule an appt with Dr. Kennedy was Oct 18 and I am unable to make it. Next available is April of 2024. The scheduling person was the worst person I may have ever talked with. Horrible skills and frankly seemed bothered that I called. I had to use another doctor and I had to walk her through the process to help me. Ouch... She needs another job or more sleep.

I needed a quick frame adjustment yesterday for my Silhouettes and entered Tomoka 2 minutes before closing time. I know, how rude of me. Two of the nicest young ladies were so kind and polite and did not turn me away. Sydney adjusted my glasses no problem. Thank you to both...❤

Although I had to wait a couple months to get in for an eye exam.. I am not disappointed with the service I received! Dr. Harrington is amazing she definitely takes her time and is very thorough. Emily the young lady that assisted me with my eyeglass frames was amazing! She was very friendly, caring, helpful and respectful. Definitely worth the wait for an appointment!

I was with this office before MyEyeDr bought them. They have become a mega owned could care less about you operation. This year, when scheduling my yearly exam they could not get me an appointment for three months. Then the day of the appointment, they called and cancelled 20 minutes prior. Magically, they had an opening the very next day when it was convenient for them. No thank you!

Dr.Chalker and her staff were helpful and honest! There are huge selections on frames! There are updates with styles! I find no fault or issues! The prices are affordable!

When I moved here in '17, I went there for the first time. All was good. Now, I can't get in touch with them to get my prescription. They've been closed for over a month! After reading other folks' reviews, I think we have been ripped off!! My appointment was 3 months ago!! I just need my prescription so I can get some contacts. I hope they did not rip off my insurance company on my contact allowance that I get every year!!!!!!!!!!

STAY AWAY from this place. They will LIE to you on your face. I spent almost 3 hours in an appointment there to get a new prescription for eye glasses. After finally getting that done, I paid out of pocket for them. I waited almost a month to get the glasses. They would never have an answer for me on the times that they actually picked up the phone. After basically telling them that I needed a refund, they called me back the same day to say that FedEx had lost the frame and it never got to the labs who was supposed to install the glasses. All this time, the person handling this matter said there was absolutely no way to track the order. So you are telling me the on the last day when I was able to handle this and basically requested a full refund, you were able to get the tracking number? Lies, lies and more lies....The person lying this whole time is Heather and her manager's name is Stephanie. After speaking to the manager, she said she would have given the same answer on how much time things take based on an average. All I was asking was accurate and detailed information for MY case, MY glasses.... not everyone else's idea or opinion based on other scenarios.it takes a little bit of time and effort to help a customer. This place DEFINITELY does not care to do either or.

Customer service was very poor at this business. The office person was very rude and non caring. If I could give it zero stars I would. The least I could give was one star. I won’t be going back this eye center.
