I placed an order for contact lenses at the in-store Walmart Vision Center on October 30, 2023. Not receiving a text notification about my purchase, I returned to the Vision Center, hoping it was a phone-related issue and that the lenses were available for pickup. Upon inquiry, I was informed that there was an issue with my order, and they would need to reorder the lenses. Despite waiting patiently, I still did not receive any notification. Subsequently, I called the Vision Center, and the representative informed me that there was a delay in the shipment. While I understand that unforeseen issues can arise, I'm starting to feel concerned as the process seems to be taking longer than expected.

I had not had a routine eye exam for at least 5 years. I made an appt. With Dr. Curtis Millet at Standard Optical in Holladay. The staff was amazing! Greeted me warmly and were very customer oriented. Dr. Millet was awesome. He was warm and friendly and very professional. I felt like I got a very thorough exam. He offered me glasses and showed me what my vision would be like with them. Since I am not a fan of glasses and function just fine without glasses I declined the offer. He was fine with that decision. I felt listened to. He was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this location and Dr. Millet. It was a very pleasant visit! I will return here for my annual eye exams in the future!

Excellent experience. As a new patient I felt like Dr. Jackson took time listening to my concerns and the reason for my visit. He clearly conveyed technical information in a manner I could easily understand and made me feel comfortable throughout the exam. His staff was very friendly and efficient as well. I would certainly recommend him to others.

I have been going to Ophthalmologists for over forty years. Some good and some not so good. Recently I became a patient of Dr. Daniel Kozlow. This was the best experience I have ever had. Unlike being one of the many patients seen by other Ophthalmologists, from entering his office, everyone was friendly and attentive making you comfortable and at ease. Dr. Kozlow was on time, very thorough explaining and answering any and all questions. I have never had such a wonderful doctor. I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit at Kozlow Eye Center. There is no one better to trust.

I scheduled an appointment with the Lehigh Valley Eye Center on October 24, 2023. The reason for the appointment was dry eyes, and I communicated that to the staff member with whom I scheduled the appointment. My appointment was at the Allentown location since that was the closest location to me. I was finally taken to an exam room after waiting over an hour to be taken into the exam room by the technician. After doing some preliminary checks, she decided to check with the doctor for my particular situation. She returned and told me that I should be in their Bethlehem location to see Dr. Randall. Since that fiasco, no one has contacted me from the practice. This practice, is a huge nationwide conglomeration. If you want someone who cares about patients, go somewhere else!

I have been wearing glasses most of my life. I only wish I would have found Dr. Beveridge sooner. By far the best eye exams I have ever had! I am seeing much better than with previous Doctors. The staff are very friendly and provide guidance on which frames will work best for my Rx so the lenses are not too thick. I just went back to contacts after nearly 20 years. I was a little apprehensive but again I am seeing better than I expected. I highly recommend Canton Vision Center and Dr. Beveridge for your eye care!

All staff were amazing. So polite and friendly and helped me find a new pair of glasses. The manager was great. Thank you team!

Dr. Yu is truly a professional. Really thorough and kind thru my whole eye exam and gave me the best treatment possible. Her staff is really kind and prof as well. Highly recommended!

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Ponder and her entire wonderful staff. Dr Ponder is thorough, precise, and engaging. Somehow she magically balances answering all questions and spending time with patients with never keeping a patient waiting beyond their scheduled appointment time. The long term staff are friendly and quick to resolve any questions. There is not a better optometrist office in Dallas, period.

Optometrist is great, but the rest of the staff are questionable. Ordered my prescription glasses on 11/5, was told may take up to two weeks which is fine. Two weeks later no call nothing so I call to find out they’ve been sitting there since the 14th. Whoever answered said I wasn’t the first to have this issue. Common sense would dictate if several people never received the automated text that maybe you should pick up a phone and find out why someone that paid 400 dollars would wait so long to pick up their order, not just let them sit there for over a week.
