I came to Loveland Eyecare as a new patient and I was extremely impressed with Dr. Loveland! She is an expert in her field. She was knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful and thorough! Her office staff was pleasant and helpful as well! I left her office feeling I truly made the right decision in choosing her!

Dr Loveland is great. Today I called to verify the eye lid med she prescribed was to keep it on or wash it off. I believe she said keep it on but I wanted to make sure. Dr Loveland was not in but girl said to wash it off. I asked her if she could please look at drs notes in my chart to make sure. She said “what are you trying to accomplish ?” Are you kidding me? Is it that hard to look in my chart and make sure? Dr will be notified of this!

Today was my first time going to this office. My appointment was at 12:45 I wasn’t seen until 2:30. I understand being behind but they scheduled people for the same time and there were a lot of people waiting in the waiting room. It was very disorganized. Also, one lady that worked there called everyone else up to let them know that their insurance covered whatever it did for glasses and I was not once told what was covered for glasses for me after sitting for over an hour. When I finally saw the dr she only saw me for 15 minutes. She ordered me contacts without doing any form of fitting and said I could do that when they came in but they charged me for it already. I am very disappointed overall with my experience today and once my contacts come in I will be finding myself a different eye doctor. Not a good first impression.

First time in the practice as my other doctor buggered off with no notice. I was promptly greeted by the staff at the desk and brought in right away. Very friendly. There was a trainee working with me and it took a bit longer though she was eager to learn. Dr. Green was nice. He gave me some great information. Previous providers were very judgemental about getting glasses online, however he and the staff were understanding. Overall very professional, kind and caring. Highly recommended.

Dr. Greene and his staff are exceptionally friendly, professional, and always treat me with care and respect. Dr. Greene has a great sense of humor and his jovial manner really helps put me at ease. I feel like he and his staff very much extended themselves to help get me squared away with my first ever pair of glasses, something I had been nervous about and putting off for a long time. I only wish I had come to them sooner.

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Green! He is so good with his patients and has a good sense of humor. Very caring and doesn't rush you. I was in optics for 25 years. I know good OD when I see one and have him as my doctor. Office staff is wonderful

Staff is very helpful in choosing the perfect frames to match my face. They also took amazing care of my mother. I’ve been a customer for years and will remain a customer. Special thanks to Leila for always going above and beyond in helping me every year.

Had a great time. Eye exam was professional and painless. Tamara was very helpful and nice. They only issue I had was I needed to wait about an hour before they could see me. Thankfully there were enough frame options to look at I passed that time with ease. Also liked the digital interaction with the optometrist. Been here before and will be back again.
