Serviced their property for snow removal for many years with no issue. Last year we serviced them and never received payment after many attempts to contact them with no response.

Absolutely the BEST. Excellent attitude, professional attention to detail, kind and always helpful and takes time to answer all questions. Initial interaction occurred prior to an eye surgery when I needed a baseline eye exam. Second encounter post concussion. Both were stellar. In today's world when clinicians are consistently "less than". Dr. Romano is AMAZING!

I've probably seen all of the guinea pig doctors at this point. They have all been honest, caring and compassionate. Additionally, everyone at the front desk has been equally as accommodating and friendly. I so appreciate having them nearby and while I live closer to Middletown, I will go out of my way to see them as I've continuously had a better all around experience. Highly recommended for exotics!

The patients the staff has with my Ruby as she gets nervous and screams and tries to get away and they just takes their time with her to get her at ease. First of all, the staff was awesome. I had to reschedule several times until I felt our little guy was at peace going into his travel crate again. As a new patient, they never wavered in their courteous professional approach and they are currently understaffed. Secondly, finding an avian vet in proximity isn't a given. Nor is finding one we and our little guy trust. Dr Sinclair was awesome, gave him the best Wellness exam he's ever had, and after immediately perceiving what a quirky little nut he is, won him over with her knowledgeable Tech. Doctor answered all our questions, even to the impressive extent of emailing me a follow up answer later that day. I feel we are in good hands! And here's a hot tip: they have a little store where you can get your feathered soul mate a healthy toy or the best pellets and treats for a reasonable price. Just saying, it made our little guy's day! Mine too...

Dr. Bentivegna was incredibly professional and compassionate. He was able to take me in last minute for not only an eye exam, but took the time to fit me with contacts and show me how to put them in and take them out. He was very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Bentivegna also noticed I had a cyst on my eyelid, which he removed the same day without any pain and I have no scar from it! I was amazed! He is incredibly talented and I highly and confidently recommend him!

Dr. Bentivegna is very professional, thorough and considerate. He takes time to explain your situation In an easy to understand manner.Office staff is friendly and appointments are on time generally within 10 minutes.

I have been going to Dr. Loveland for years. She does a very thorough exam and never makes me feel rushed. She is very knowledgeable and takes the time to answer all my questions. She is more thorough than the ophthalmologist I used to go to. I'm so glad I found her.
