has no sense of respect for your time. I had an appointment at 10:30am and I arrived 5 minutes early for check in. it's 10:55am and they are still having me wait. there are no apologies made and the tone of the receptionist was awfully condescending ("well we did tell you to budget an hour"). I did and you've wasted half of my hour. unless you like being disrespected, make an appointment elsewhere.

I have been seeing Dr. Dacey going on 11 years now. I also found out that he is one out of three in the state of Colorado that deals with my eye condition. I consider Dr. Dacey a blessing. He is a very honest, thorough and up-to-date on everything possible when it comes to your eye care and if he’s not sure he will get you the answer right away. His staff are also very professional, kind and courteous. When I go every 28 days I feel like I’m meeting up with friends.

I owe heartfelt thanks to Dr. Matei. I believe he saved me from blindess. I canceled a second appointment with him because he told me I needed to be taken to UC Health and recieve massive steroid IVs. It was the perfect call. He even called personally to stress the importance, and he called the U C emergency to set it up. THANK YOU.

Awful, awful, awful!!! Stay away if you can. Most incompetent!!! We drove all the way to cherry creek (45 min one way) to be told that they can’t see us, no phone call ahead of time!!! And that’s how they treat an elderly woman who just had an eye surgery the day before. Worst experience ever

Dr. Goldstein took care of my kids many years ago. He was great all those years ago and I’m sure he still is! Very thorough, excellent care, compassionate and kind! We are all forever grateful!

So definitely a great choice to do if you’re thinking about it, not only is their entire staff helpful and knowledgeable about the experience and living life without the requirement of prescription glasses or contacts. They will help you out with everything there is to know about the procedure. It’s okay to feel nervous about it I was but it’s really worth doing it, it’s very quick and painless. One of the best choices I’ve made.

Everyone I encountered at Lasik Vision Institute was incredibly friendly and professional! They are very thorough in describing the procedure as well as the aftercare. The surgery itself was fast, and they even gave me a stress ball as soon as I started getting nervous as it was happening. Thank you for helping me see again!

From the staff at the front desk, assistant that takes you back to the room, the ladies in accounting and Dr. Brock - always an amazing and wonderful experience! Dr. Brock is THE best! Very thorough and makes you feel comfortable to ask all questions! I’ll certainly be back next year again and again as I have! Great practice!
