InSight LASIK
Overall a positive experience, but my vision is not great after surgery. I am currently -0.75 in both eyes, 5 months after getting LASIK in April 2023. I have to wear glasses to drive, which kind of defeats the purpose of getting surgery (so that I wouldn't have to wear glasses). But the staff and everyone at the site were professional and helpful. My vision is good enough for day-to-day activities, things are just blurry far away. Update/edit (I can't seem to reply to the business owner response with a new response): I did receive a call from InSight LASIK and they're offering to see me again for a follow-up and to evaluate if I'm eligible for a free re-do surgery. I'm not interested in getting surgery again, but they were responsive. I stand by my 4 star review for the above stated reasons, but they do seem to offer free re-do eye surgery up to 2 years after your initial surgery, if medically indicated.

I am so grateful I went here for my lasik - it was quick and easy and everyone was so helpful and attentive! I was seeing so much better even the day of my procedure!

After an issue with the laser in boulder, they were able to move things around and make room the following week in boulder to get me fixed up. Very grateful for their team.

Dominic, the assistant manager that works at optical was very nice and helped me with everything I needed. I definitely recommend going back to this location for any glasses. You may need definitely five stars.

If you have Eye Med (and other insurance) this store, Target Optical, uses this to give you a great deal. My exam by Melissa Puzzo, O. D., preceded by a retinal imaging performed by Dominique, were professional, effective, and accurate. Also, I picked out my frames with the help of Alondra, and another Team Member. She helped me find a frame that I have always wanted, as they remind me of my Dad's 1970's Ray Ban Sunglass frames which he stored in a special place as they were prescription. See the attached photo, sorry if it is not very good. Alondra, did a very professional job of picking the right frames because she understood the demands of my prescription for my eyes. She and the other team member had over 20 years combined experience matching people to their glasses. They both agreed that the technology used at Target, where they take pictures of your face from two upper opposing angles while you wear a measuring bridge, allows them to accurately guage your eye area three dimemsionally accurate to with 0.1 mm, was why their stores are so successful. I have had three other optical shop experiences at different locations. None of them had this technology. My previous optical shop, that has a name that rhymes with the beverage Bosco, placed the centerpoint of my eye 3 mm to low. Whenever, I wanted to use those generic not brand name progressive lenses (as Bosco is not accepted by Eye Med), I had to tilt my head back. After two years of dealing with a bad deal (mostly because I am stubborn) Alondra, matched me with a pair of glasses that are easy to use. Also, my glasses retail were $552.00, including lenses. For $45 up front you can replace the frames ($25 copay) and/or lenses ($25 copay) as many times as you want for 15 months, starting the day you pick up your glasses. Think about it $50 divided by $552 equals about 9%. So, I can replace my glasses with a new pair for a 91% discount off retail. That is a pretty good deal. Bosco doesn't offer that at all. Target optical's selection is beatiful and varied. You can also order online or ask if you can try frames that are at the store. If you have a medicare advantage plan, use your eye benefits here. My Eye Med Insurance took $300 off the $552 frames and lenses, and I paid $45 for the 15 Month Store Insurance (not for lost of stolen, must bring remains to the store). My final cost was $296.20. My exam and retinal imaging copay was $25. My previous O.D. was in network but charging me out of pocket, that is why I went to Target Optical, and I had budgeted on my fixed income $320 for exam, script, frames, and lenses, as that is how I was being exploited. This year I noticed the billing discrepency and realized I could get designer frames and better polycarbonate progressive lenses than Bosco could offer, the exam, the script and the retinal imaging for the same price that I budgeted every two years. As I am an intelligient mentally disabled at risk adult on a fixed income; I am so tight I squeak. I hope your experience at target optical was as enjoyable as mine was.

Dr. Ben Dixon
Everyone is always friendly and attentive. Amanda explained what to expect with each step of the exam and Dr. Dixon listened, gave good advice and was thorough. There was little change in my vision, so I didn’t need new glasses, but the staff asked if I was interested in getting new glasses.

Overall positive experience. Amanda and Dr. Dixon were great. Amanda helped choose glasses and was able to order a different size and color since it wasn’t available in the office.

Love Dr Adam and his staff. From the beginning, Dr Adam listened to my concerns and explained options with care. We completed testing and treatment and I left knowing I was given the proper treatment for my condition. I have a surgical eye specialist for life with Dr Adam, hopefully. Highly recommend at Parker office.

When I arrived the receptionist was very nice and informative. I didn't wait very long before being taken into the first tests, then waited about 15 minutes for the 2nd tests. Sitting making friends was nice. I did go in for the 3rd set of tests about 20 minutes later. The longest wait was for Doctorr Shukla. But I did realize that he was reading all of the information the first two Doctors had gathered. As usual he was very nice and informative, letting me know that my eyes are in good health.
