Dr. Kokx is a miracle worker! I have 20/20 vision for the first time since second grade and I'm 72 years old! This is the best surgical experience I had out of seven surgeries over the years. I had absolutely NO pain before, during, or after surgery. A dental cleaning is more uncomfortable than this surgery. Dr. Kokx explained everything patiently and thoroughly, including any possible problems.

Dr. Kokx performed my LASIK surgery and I can’t recommend him and this practice highly enough. He provided a thorough explanation of what to expect and the procedure itself was seamless and easy. I felt at ease, well-informed, and could not have anticipated a smoother process. I have close to 20/20 vision one week post-op! Thank you!

Dr Phi is absolutely amazing! He is professional, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. I have worn contact lenses/glasses for 46 years and he is the best eye doctor I have ever seen. He took extra time to be sure he provided the best and most comfortable multi focal lenses for me. Also, Madison is a top notch technician who went above and beyond to figure out my insurance and is a miracle worker with frames! I will never go to another eye doctor or office!

Had the best experience today with Dr. Phi. He’s professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and takes his time to ensure he provides excellent patient care. By far the best experience I’ve had with an optometrist! Highly recommend Dr. Phi!

I was able to get an appointment quickly and easily here for an annual checkup. Dr. Phi is a knowledgeable eye dr and was helpful in addressing all my questions about my eye health. The reason for the low rating is for the poor service I received after my appointment. I ordered and paid for glasses from them immediately after my appointment in late June. It's now over 2 months since my original appointment and I still don't have my new glasses. I never received notification that my glasses had come in and had to call to inquire about the status. When I picked up my new glasses in July, they at first could not find my glasses and then there were a couple of things wrong with the glasses and so they were sent off to be remade. I was told that the person who originally helped me order the glasses selected poor options for my prescription strength They may be fine to order from if you have an easy prescription but I'd recommend saving yourself the potential headache and purchasing glasses elsewhere.

I went in this last week to have a cataract removed because the one I had, had sifted and it was not suppose to , well it took 3 hours before I got in to have the surgery because they were backed up . well I got in figured it was going to take 20 minutes and I would be done well there were times it hurt when they were doing the surgery . found out the next day from the Doc that he put one in and then had to cut it out because the person that is in charge of making sure you get the right contact to put in did not do her or his job right they gave the Doc the wrong contact so I was in there for a hour and half. the next day I saw the Doc and he is confident it will clear up I have drops to put in every 4 hours , I do it every 4 hours , my eye sips and its so blurry I don't dare to drive and I trip over things its so frustrating . and after the surgery they wheeled me out to the car and I was so doped up . and my Doc said out of all his years of doing this surgery this has never happened. But I had to be the first one

Had a great experience there two weeks ago. Heading back this morning for my other eye. Really appreciate an early appointment time (6:30 AM so I don’t have to wait around thinking about breakfast!

They don't have enough bays or spaces available for everyone. So you will wait for a super long time, after your scheduled time. I would recommend going to a physician that DOESN'T use this facility.

The business is closed and the building is for sale. I was not able to get a contact number to retrieve my medical records. He was an outstanding optometrist and a great guy went to Dr Christ for 41 years. Todays date is 10-19-2022.

Great service! When I called they got me in in an extremely timely manner. The doctor I saw was super friendly and made conversation the whole time. After I had my eye exam and got my prescription, I met with a lady who helped me pick out my glasses for the first time. She was so patient with me and gave me all possible options. The whole staff was very thorough, did not rush me, and made me feel as though they truly cared about me. I will definitely be using University Hills Eye Center in the future!
