Very thorough , listens and explains everything!

I am so happy to have found Dr. Sancho. I've been in contacts for 30+ years and she's is absolutely the best one I've found. My eyelids were being irritated by some poorly-fitting lenses which she quickly diagnosed and while performing the exam correctly noted that I have a thyroid problem by the appearance of my cornea. This doc is extremely thorough, very knowledgeable, and personable to boot. You will be happy with the care you receive from her and the entire ParkRidge Vision staff. Everyone is cheerful and it's a pleasure being there.

Better and cheaper then the competition. I got amazing lenses from this Sam's location for less then I paid WITH insurance at my last vision doctor. I attached photos so see for yourself. My last doctor charged me $185 after insurance for lenses which didn't even block blue light. Sam's charged me $169 without using insurance for the top of line glasses lenses (darkest automatic tinting, highest quality material, blocks blue light).

Friendly staff, but the glasses I got here just don't work at all for me to see. I tried bringing them back and having them adjusted, but still no luck. I ended up going to a different place to get new glasses made, and they work much better. I can't speak to the eye exam process, but I wouldn't recommend getting your glasses made here.

Hours listed online are not correct. The managers we talked to did not know what the correct hours were and when our order would actually be available for pickup

After having the same eye doctor since I was born, I was apprehensive about finding a new doc. Super happy I went to Dr. Helen. She is incredibly helpful, personable, and thorough. Her front desk employee, Mary, is always super helpful as well!

I have been going to Helen for 10 plus years now. She and her team are amazing. They give you options and throughly go over everything. I never feel rushed. Could not ask for a better eye care doctor.

I have very bad nearsightedness. I have had MANY (over twenty) doctors take measurements for glasses and contacts over the years. Doctor Wilson is one of only two doctors that fit both glasses and contact prescriptions exactly right on the first try. She is amazingly good and extremely thorough at fitting contacts and glasses.
