Our family has all our eye exams performed here, and you cannot beat the warranty on lenses they offer when you buy glasses from them. They're always professional, friendly, and helpful.

Dr. Lee P. Schelonka, MD is super super nice and explains everything very clearly so that a normal person can understand. His staff Christine is also very nice.

I needed glasses and exam, for the last couple of years, and I always either not like the frames or stores did not have the exam available etc, or sales people ignore you in the store, you can never ask questions. Well not at Warby Parker Park Meadows! I was walking by the store and, at first, liked the design and decided to come in and check out the frames. I was smitten by attention of professional and friendly staff, which is very unusual around here in Denver area, we all know that! Anyway, excellent selection of the frames, I forgot sales assistant name, she was so adorable and professional assisting me! The experience was superb, from that day to the next day when I came in for my eye exam, I had a meeting that morning and she promised it will take 20 min, and it did, no waiting, no rushing, no hesitation! And the prices are very competitive! Everyone should visit, at least try once, at least this location!

My first time ever needing glasses and I was recommend to come here by a friend because they don’t have all the added on fee’s. Their employee Kendal was AMAZING at helping find the right pair of glasses and was very knowledgeable. This is all new to me and I felt so at ease there. They had a great selection of glasses and they are very affordable.

Great customer service. The eye doctor was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful helping my dad pick his glasses out. Helps out that the mall is now dog friendly. Thank you to everyone at the store for making the process easy and fun.

The optometrists are really nice, but in my experience the last few days, making an appointment has been impossible. When I finally got through (instead of just going to voicemail), the lady who answered the phone told me to call back in ten minutes because she was too busy to make an appointment for me. Therefore, I decided to call a different place that actually answered the phone and got me an appointment.

Dr. Yee provided an exceptional experience—thorough and genuine. Appreciated the lack of upselling, and the separate optometrist-eye wear store setup adds a refreshing honesty to the visit. Highly recommend!

Decent glasses at decent prices, but chronically understaffed so that wait times are ridiculous. If you have lots of time to kill it might be worth the frustration but I won't be using them again.
