Fast and friendly. Staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful. Plus my glasses arrived the week before they said they would. Absolutely still fantastic.

Absolutely do not go to this practice! They keep patients waiting for hours, office staff are extremely rude and don't care about patients at all. I was told I needed a test which would be covered by my insurance. Apparently it wasn't and I ended up with a bill for the test which only took about an hour at a cost of more than $500. They were totally unwilling to work with me on a solution as well. I do not like writing negative reviews but had no choice here since all they seem to care about is money. I was also told that the Drs. don't do phone consultations when patients are having follow up issues! Horrible, horrible service.

Dr. Heinrich (both husband & wife) are great. Just moved to this area and used them for the first time. I have never had an optometrist spend the extra time and put forth all that effort in making sure I had the most thorough exam that resulted in a prescription correction that no other optometrist found. They took a professional interest in making sure I received the best exam (with options) possible. Look no further Dr. Heinrich is really the best.

I love my new perscription sunglasses. Most doctor's appointments feel rushed and impersonal because most offices are overbooked to maximize profit. I did not get that impression with Dr. Heinrich. He was not in a rush and I enjoyed getting to know him. My appointment felt like going back in time to when people knew their doctors. It was refreshing and unexpected. I highly recommend him!

I’ve been seeing Dr Heinrich for over 20 years. He is extremely knowledgeable, he’s thorough and very patient. He’s an excellent OD. He has a calming spirit and is a great listener. I have referred family and friends who all agree with me. Plus he has a great collection of glasses to choose from.

Dr. Onishi is very knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. He takes the time to make sure all of your questions are answered. He provides the best care available and makes sure that you are satisfied. He is very good with making sure my contact lenses fit correctly and that my vision needs are fulfilled. I highly recommend him.

I highly recommend Dr Onishi. He never rushes, and spends all the time needed to answer questions and make helpful suggestions. I've gone to him for my eye care for years and count on him to take care of me in the future.
