Dr. Onishi is very knowledgeable, courteous and thorough. He takes the time to make sure all of your questions are answered. He provides the best care available and makes sure that you are satisfied. He is very good with making sure my contact lenses fit correctly and that my vision needs are fulfilled. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Tonnu, overall okay experience. I was not informed of the extra $35 charge for fundus photos and refraction. When asked why was I not notified she said “it’s good for you” and shut door to see her next patient. I wish I had a more pleasant and honest experience.

I just had my cataract’s surgery done by Dr Savak Teymoorian. I had the best experience and results. He has a wonderful team working with him that keeps you informed and comfortable throughout the whole procedure. I highly recommend them.

I don't like to write negative reviews, but I was shocked at Harvard Eye and Dr. T. I was under their care for 5 years + and on a routine glaucoma suspect exam, instead of talking about that condition, he was pushing a cataracts surgery. I had no problems with my vision, but he made it sound as if it has to be done immediately (this was in August). I consulted another doctor since and was told I am probably years away from needing surgery! new facilities and equipment does not justify pushing patients towards expensive, unnecessary procedures.

I’d like to express my gratitude to Dr. Teymoorian for his exceptional professionalism and compassionate understanding throughout my journey with glaucoma and cataracts. The idea of eye surgery was daunting, and I faced both denial and indecision. I did have the procedure on one eye and all went very well and and I am now looking forward to the next procedure on the other eye. The entire process from diagnosis to counseling, procedure to aftercare is so complete, I would highly recommend Harvard Eye for your eye health. Many, many thanks to Dr Teymoorian and his wonderful staff.

Dr Lin is so rude she should consider a career change to work at the DMV, but even that's an insult to the DMV. I had an appointment which I added to my calendar as 11:30 and never received a confirmation via text or email. The appointment was at 11:20 and I arrived at what I thought was the appointment time. The doctor had taken a walk in in my place and I was told to wait to see if I could get in. I waited 30 minutes watching other appointments come and go. Dr Lin didn't have the basic courtesy to even acknowledge my presence and eventually the assistant said that I would not be able to get in that day. Then I get another appointment and this second time I do get a notification email and was there on time but had to wait 25 mins for my appointment. Pathetic

I was charged for something I did not request and was not informed prior which I find it unprofessional. I wish Dr. Tonnu would inform patients prior to charging for an unsolicited service. When I asked she said “you needed it” and shut door to see other patients. I wish she would practice a more honest practice and allow patients to make those decisions prior to getting a bill with an extra cost.

I am more than pleased with Dana Point Optometrist. I am particularly appreciative for Christian. He is welcoming, helpful, and patient. I recently purchased Oliver Peoples Clear Frames. He assured the “color” and the frame size was appropriate for my face. The order was processed quickly and completed in less than a week. I am grateful for the experience at Dana Point Optometrist and the services offered and the kindness of Christian. Thank you!

Dr. Tayani did Cataract removal with laser. I was so impressed and so very thankful for an efficient, careful and thorough experience from beginning to end. Thank you Dr.

“I had been eagerly awaiting my mom’s appointment with Dr. Ramin Tayani for two months, only to be met with extreme unprofessionalism and disregard for our time. Our original appointment was rescheduled due to an emergency surgery, which inconvenienced me greatly as I had to adjust my work schedule. We arrived promptly at 9:45 AM for our 10 AM appointment, but the doctor didn’t show up until 11:15 AM. It was evident that he was mot still in the office To make matters worse, his behavior was completely unacceptable – he was chewing gum and sloppy looking. Feeling frustrated and disrespected, I approached the front desk to inquire about the delay. Instead of addressing our concerns, Dr.Tayani told us that he was at the beach and that we were welcome to leave. It was clear that our time and the inconvenience we experienced were of little importance to him. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism displayed by Dr. Tayani Waiting for almost two hours beyond our scheduled appointment time, only to be treated with such indifference, is completely unacceptable. As a patient who had waited for months for this appointment, I expected better treatment and respect for our time. Unfortunately, our experience with Dr. Tayani left us without any examination or assistance, wasting our time and effort. I strongly advise others to reconsider seeking care from Dr. Amin Tajani, as his unprofessional behavior and disregard for patients’ time and well-being are deeply concerning.”

What a wonderful experience I had at Tayani Institute West Coast Center for surgeries. Everyone is so nice and make you feel so welcome. They take care of your every need. Dr Josen is wonderful and I will recommend him to everyone. Thank you Dr Josen, Elena, Marissa-Sim, Ava, Betsy, Alesandra and Keith.
