I had a great experience at the office today. The Doctor and Staff got me in for a visit quickly. I had a contact lens fitting and my vision and RX were corrected today. I CAN SEE MUCH BETTER! Thanks so much for the great service and the quick visit today. Super effective and efficient. Great team!

I was referred to this facility from a friend who raved about their kindness and practicality. I was immediately greeted and assisted. Everyone I talked with was kind and helpful. Dr. Andy K was thorough and gentle in his voice and testing processes. A good gem in the neighborhood for eye health!

Always a quick and easy process at El Portal Optometry. I have been to two of their doctors and they both are incredible. The office personnel are very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful.

I've been wearing glasses since I was 14 so I've visited a lot of eye doctors. El Portal are by far the best and I will be long term customer for sure. I contacted EP because I had a concern about my vision. Lillian was brilliant and got me in to see the doctor the next day. Dr Andy did all the tests needed and gave me a full summary at the end. Great customer service all-round. Thanks for everything team!

Today I was in the optical department at Target store located at 5500 Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles CA. Marissa G. helped me with a frame problem. She made me feel very comfortable and solved the problem quickly and professionally. I left the store so happy with her work. Marissa you are amazing !!

Cool and modern technology displaying their frame catalog! I was able to select a pair in-store and the optician showed me this touch screen display and I was able to view my frame selection in different colors and virtually try it on! Very Awesome and personalized! Thank you for the experience! I can't wait to receive them!

The folks there are so nice. The folks who work the counter are super nice and answer all your questions and they get you the most from your insurance. I had benefits I’d never heard of! The optometrist is kind and takes her time answering all your questions. She also involves you in the care. Overall an amazing group of people. I really recommend them!

Amazing doctor’s office!! So helpful. So courteous. I am visiting from Las Vegas and no other place was giving me an urgent appointment. I highly recommend this doctor’s office - amazing staff and they are not out to make money off everyone. Wonderful.

Everyone here is so helpful and kind! My appointment was super easy to set up and I didn't have to wait at all to see the doctor. Dr. Babayan was super knowledgeable and explained everything to me super well. Patrick helped me pick out glasses and went above and beyond to help me choose the right pair! He was awesome to work with. Would recommend going here!

I am very pleased with Dr Montoya. The staff there is very friendly and attentive. Before I had my surgery I was almost blind and I was missing out on life. Now that I had my surgery it's as though I was reborn and given my life back. I highly recommend his services to anyone! He truly is a blessing!!
