Follow Up after surgery: This Dr is wonderful. truly. He's a pro. Had 2 surgeries and after care for a year now~ He's easy to get an appointment with, yes, you may have to wait in the office because they are busy; but a Dr. and office staff who care~ in L.A. is worth the wait to me. I love what this man , and his practice are about. Original review: writing this because i see the one star reviews and i want to counter them ~i loved my experience with this dr. he is informative, patient centered and kind. i am scheduled to have him do my 2 cataract surgeries. i've had 2 office visits so far and i love this place. old fashioned Hollywood at it's best~ and he is a skilled surgeon if you look for the medical info.

Dr Esagian is a great old-fashioned kind of doctor who takes his time to care and treat his patients. I first went to see him and was impressed with his caring style. I even refer my husband to be his patient. I was going to another Chinese eye doctor who wanted me to buy everything in his office and did not even notice that I had very high eye pressure. Thanks to Doctor Joseph Eshagian for noticing that I have eye pressure and has been giving me eye drop treatment prescriptions. Dr Eshagian is a very good eye doctor and I just can't say it enough. The only thing is that waiting time is long but it is worth it because you are seeing one of the best eye specialist in the world. I also like the fact that he always answers his phone after hours and this tells you that this is a doctor that cares!!!!!!!!! Monica M.

A good experience… friendly efficient staff and engaging thorough doctor and exam. Great value, as I used their Yelp $125 for $75 promo coupon. Parked at a meter but found out they have parking in the rear.

I’ve been going to this Optometric Office for over 25 years, when Dr. Garza was there. I was worried about how good the next doctor and her staff would be, but they haven’t missed a beat! Same thorough excellent service and attention to me as a patient. Highly recommend if you are looking for an optometric office.

I have authorization from my insurance to make appointment with this office I called 3 times to make appointment after holding for mor then one hour, they pick up the phone and hang it up without answering this happened 3 times.

I’ve been going to this office for almost 10 years and I’ve never been more satisfied. I am so happy to work with all the doctors and staff, they are all extremely professional, punctual, friendly, and they were able to educate me and help me with all my optometry needs. I trust everybody who works there and I know that every time I need to make an appointment and to visit their office, I am always going to be treated with care. I enjoy visiting the office because it is also very clean and well kept! 10/10 recommend this place! Thank you team for the best service. Front desk Team was very welcoming , walked in without an appointment, they fixed my glasses, checked my insurance and gave me an appointment on the spot to get my prescription glasess.They have great prices a large selection of glasses . Mayra was so sweet , knowledgeable and attentive. Loved my experience. Will be coming back to get my glasses soon ❤️

It's first greeted to the place. My voice was out and I got stared at like I was something wrong with you. Then after I took after I filled out the application. I was taken to the back to I. Things like the machines take Wasn't so bad there In the doctor Sonny and then i'd realize I don't have any money. So on the day that I went to go pick up. My glasses have found out how to wonder why hes so big. Did they do heads from measurements? They told me they don't these are the only glasses. Have glasses fall off? It's not worth the state's money,

Moorevisons are scammers. They claimed my wife insurance and now don't want to provide her with her glasses. They are giving her so many excuses and they are rude when asked about pending credit. Please repot to BBB this is insane.

I had a great experience at the office today. The Doctor and Staff got me in for a visit quickly. I had a contact lens fitting and my vision and RX were corrected today. I CAN SEE MUCH BETTER! Thanks so much for the great service and the quick visit today. Super effective and efficient. Great team!
