Great experience with dr Boyer. He did my surgery several years ago and my eye is doing great. He definitely saved my vision in that eye. I see him every 6 months for a check up. Grateful to have found him!

The absolute best of the best. I’m not a big fan of doctors mainly because of the often condescending attitude some display. Dr. Boyer is a kind and compassionate doctor who explains everything in a warm and easy to understand manner. Zero attitude. His office staff is top-notch too. Just amazing treatment.

Dr. David Boyer, has been my eye doctor since the early 1980s. I’ve kept him as my physician this long because he simply is the best ophthalmologist in California, possibly in the nation. He is skilled knowledgeable competent, and a genuinely caring human being. I had several issues with my retina in both eyes. Dr. Boyer, not only treated me successfully for bot, but his looked after my eye health for decades. There’s no place else I would go and no other doctor I would trust with something so precious as my eyesight.

Doctor Boyer is an ophthalmologist who specializes in the field of retina care and surgery. Dr. Boyer has several locations around the Los Angeles area. His offices has the latest equipment and instruments to evaluate the retina. His staff is well trained in the use of the equipment and instruments. The patient receives a complete evaluation by his staff before seeing Dr. Boyer. Dr. Boyer does a complete evaluation of the Eyes and retinas. Dr. Boyer explains his findings and Forwards A copy of his evaluation to your treating physician.

Dr Boyer is very knowledgeable and kind. The office is busy and they let you know to expect to be there for up to 2 hrs depending on what you need. I was quite pleased.

Dr Boyer is an outstanding doctor- he is well known across the country and that is how I found him. I have seen him several times but this time it was for hole in my retina. He told me several options that might be needed to repair the hole- and now my eye is repaired and I can see well again. I recommend him to everyone as he is dedicated and creative about dealing with retina issues. He doesn’t do surgery anymore but he refers to other colleagues who are expert at different kinds of surgery. It is very worthwhile to go to him.

Dr. David Boyer is the man! He’s on the cutting edge of everything to do with your eyes and I trust him completely. Have also seen Dr Esmail - kind, smart - a great doc as well. The office runs smoothly - appointments are on time and most importantly the breadth of knowledge is extraordinary. .

I made an appointment and was seen quickly when I got there. All of the assistance are excellent. Their considerate professional and Dr. Boyer is kind and explains everything to me answers all my questions. He has a compassionate personality. And is up-to-date on the latest treatments and technologies.

Dr Boyer is real and really nice doctor. By real, I mean he’s not like a lot of younger doctors these days who will only spend no more than 15 minutes with you and hurry along to meet their next patient. He’s old school. He really cares and will spend time explaining your eye conditions in detail, show you what the x-rays mean, etc. It will be a sad day for all his patients when he retires.
