I had a fantastic experience at Eye Care West Optometry! Their appointment system was easy to use, and I didn't have to wait long. The office had ample parking, and it was spotlessly clean. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel right at home. The doctor was not only professional but also very friendly. I highly recommend this optometry clinic for top-notch eye care.

I have coming here for some years and as always I’m a very satisfied patient. It’s very clean, everyone is so friendly and helpful, I usually wait about 10-15 min max to be seen by the optometrist who is usually friendly and patient with me. They have a big selection but wish it was bigger. I wanted the exact same frames that I already had and just my luck, they only had 1 pair but in another color “purple” which is ok because it’s a very pretty color, anyhow they would have ordered the color I wanted but I like the purple. My new glasses came before 2 weeks. I would recommend this place

I was touched & impressed by the kindness & thorough care I received from the employees here. Embarrassingly, I inadvertently missed my appointment and the staff member that I talked to was very understanding & gracious & allowed me to reschedule. It is so easy to get an appointment there. As soon as I came in, I was helped & waited briefly to have my eye exam. They conducted multiple tests on my eyes some of which I never had done by other eye doctors, which I appreciated. And, while I was getting an eye exam by Dr. Shih, she took the time to explain what she saw, when I should wear my glasses, the different options available to me as well as her recommendations. I have seen at least four other optometrists, but have never gotten helpful & detailed information like this. After my examination, I was helped by another staff member who assisted me with selecting frames for my glasses & detailed the different options I had as well as the costs associated with them. I never had anyone help me select frames & appreciated how they went above & beyond with their care & time too. I’m so grateful I found this office & to have received exceptional care from them. If I could give them more stars I would. I will definitely come back!

I finally decided to get me some glasses and went here. Recommended by my mom. Great place. Clean. They are taking temperature as soon as you walk in. Sanitized. Customer service was Excellent and best part was how quick I got my glasses. Thank you.

I happen to be shopping next door with a friend when my contact came out in my left eye... A nice lady at the front desk was wearing BEBE glasses that were super cute. She also talked to the other unhelpful and very rude woman that was trying to force me to buy the most expensive contacts in order to get the ONE SAMPLE CONTACT LEFT. . Or I could cone back in 3hrs for an appointment? What?😕🙁😮🥺 After their brief conversation, i was given a sample "just this one time" said the mean lady...🤨 Thank you A. (She had a name i couldn't pronounce)

Awesome, Friendly.. I love being acknowledge when entering a place of business.. They're very aware and courteous. As an African American male this is not always the case but I was treated like everyone else. They were professional and helpful. I recommended my co worker who's from the Philippines and he told me of his great experience as well. Keep up the good work!

Dr. Ahn is a warm, compassionate and knowledgeable professional with a staff that are very good at their jobs. They always take time to explain procedures, financing options, and assist with making good choices for patients.

I didn't purchased glasses from this glasses company before, but they gave me 2 times of service fixed my glasses I was really surprised by their service attitude. They treat customers like family which makes me feel very warm. I recommend you if you Looking for glasses company this place will be the best choice
