The Exam was very quick and efficient. The staff were all very courteous and friendly which made the atmosphere very welcoming and comfortable! Sandra was very kind and helpful while I looked for a frame :) Definitely one of the best Lens Crafter locations!

This location is very professional from the moment you enter the door, the Doctors exam and the kind appreciation greeting when you leave.

I was very pleased with the service that I was provided today from the moment I walked in till the end of my visit. Exceptional customer service.

Very extremely outdated medical equipment. None of the nurses of medical staff including the doctor knew how to conduct or operate it. When I went, the doctor said he'd do an eye pressure test for my existing glaucoma. None of them knew how to do it. He then said they'll try it on another machine. I waited for about 20 minutes just for him to say they'll keep using the same one. Then they wanted to conduct the test anyways despite none of them knowing how to operate it. I've taken eye pressure tests countless times as I've had glaucoma for almost 5 years. Please save yourself time & money and go anywhere else.

I’ve been visiting this Optometry Center and it has been super pleasant. Miguel was super polite and professional and offered me and my family a high quality service. We never waited more than 10 minutes after appointment time to be seen or had any bad experiences. I’ve even referred a few friends and family and they also love the location.

The optometrist was knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns, ensuring a comprehensive eye exam. They also have a stylish range of eyeglasses to choose from. I can't say enough positive things about Dr. Kao and her staff at Optimal Vision Optometry. Dr. Kao is so friendly and knowledgeable and offers so many options that can cater to your personal needs. She's very thorough in her exams and explanations about what's going on with my eyes. She's very personable and relatable and honest when you ask her questions. The customer service from her staff is amazing as well. Miguel was so great in helping me figure out what types of contacts and frames would work best for me and they never try to sell or push anything on me. He helped fix my current frames to fit my face more comfortably and helped pick a new frame that would suit my face shape. His breakdown of what my insurance would cover was also very appreciated. I also love the use of their technology to call or text me back when they're unable to answer my call and when my items are ready for pickup. Overall, I highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you for your thoughtfulness and care during my visit.

I went Dr Lee's office for an appointment and employees in the office was very nice and they speak very quietly and after the test done Dr Lee came and told me I don't need the surgery he was very honest Dr I would recommend him to everyone

Person answering the phone was very rude . She only cared about insurance coverage not my daughters health . Do not go there
