Very clean and organized office. The staff is extremely patient and helpful. Dr. Pham always explains things clearly and she really makes it a priority to make all patients feel heard. The frames are stylish and very reasonably-priced.

Friendly staff and very prompt. Dr. Pham is amazing! She's nice and helpful. I've been a returning client for 10 years and she always addresses my concerns about my (terrible) vision.

Dr Pham are kind and lovely for our family eye Dr for years .now my kids are growing up as adult .still go to see her for eye needs.

Dr was real kool and delivered very a detailed examination with patience. Technician was very informative about the product. He also related a very courteous and patient attitude as well. I really appreciate the good service.

Starting off the bat, leaving a voicemail for someone to get back to you takes 2-3 days. Next they over promise and under deliver, missing their marks for estimations on deliveries by not just days but weeks. A 700$ pair of glasses I bought didn’t come with a case, claiming that it was the manufacturers “new policy”. So I was promised a case from them personally, but the day I pick it up they bait and switch me sales representatives and the new one says she can’t get me a case, for 700$ glasses mind you. On top of that, I had to call 10 times in one day to get someone on the phone to get a vague update on my glasses. Would not recommend this place, horrible customer service.

This has been my place for eye care for approximately 20 years. I first discovered them at the Cerritos Mall and followed them when they relocated down the street. So, I have TRUSTED this business for a long time. On Friday, 12.16.2022, I left a message requesting to schedule an appointment during their lunchtime. I didn't receive a callback so on Saturday, I went to their website and requested an appointment via this method. I still never received a callback. I have a 24 hour callback rule. If you don't return a customer's call within this time, it tells me you do not want their business. So on Sunday, I was at another mall to visit what I thought was an optometry office. More on that in a minute. I selected my annual new reading and sunglasses, spending over $1,600. When it came to my reading glasses, the optician asked me if I wanted the lens to be progressive. I said, "yes because my other reading glasses are." She asked to look at the reading glasses I was carrying and informed me that they were NOT progressive. This really surprised me because I recalled paying for my glasses to be progressive. Needless to say, I was disappointed. So, since I could only purchase my glasses here, they referred me to an optometrist close by. Not ideal, but I was open to change. So on Monday, I contacted the office, but had to leave a message. LITERALLY, WITHIN 2 MINUTES THEY RETURNED MY CALL AND SCHEDULED MY APPOINTMENT! This is how you do business. I am actually no longer mad with my previous eye care professionals, because if it were not for their poor customer service, I would NEVER have discovered my trust had been violated.

Last week I called in to order a pair of frames with lenses Eleven had in stock. Being in the Bay Area, I had the glasses mailed to me. The ordering process was effortless. The glasses got to me before the estimated time of arrival. Jason and his team were extremely helpful and service was great. I highly recommend Eleven for all your optical needs. I will be ordering from you guys again… Thanks Jason and team!

Always good to see local business pop up that service! I bought quality frames from Eleven and I've gone in several times since then to have my glasses adjusted. The team there is elite. Thank you to the crew there and so happy to support!

I highly recommend Eleven Optical! I received exceptional service! I had an issue with my glasses and they fixed it quickly with smile and no charges. Everyone that works there is very friendly and professional.

Went here to get prescription glasses, and they ended up overcharging for everything and gave me fake frames when I paid full price for the real thing. Quoted $50 for blue light lenses, then when inquired afterwards it was over $100. Also there were no adjustments when the glasses were made. Look elsewhere.

Staff extremely helpful and friendly, Dr. Johnson very knowledgeable and thorough in his exams. I am glad he chose to settle in Tillamook.
