Dr Pettey had such incredible patience with our SN daughter. He was totally Awesome with her! She can become agitated in new surroundings, Oshana, Dr Pettey’s assistant also did a great job, she was so kind and nice!

Had a real struggle trying to get a basic answer from the receptionist. I wanted to see if they did surgery with placing lens in the eyes. Receptionist could only say that she could make an appointment with the doctor. Ok, but "if needed do you actually do this surgery?" "Sorry I'm not a doctor I can't tell you that." "I don't want to waste my time coming if you don't perform it and will just refer me elsewhere." "Sorry, I'm not a doctor". Clearly not a doctor; maybe the receptionist was first day on the job or I was talking to a call center that handles multiple offices because she didn't know what they did at the eye center.

This was my first time at the Clinic, Dr. Amy Lin was very profesional, I went because I wanted laser eye cirgury. What I liked about her. is that she was very honest with me, she told me that I am not candidate for laser cirgury, I have very mild cataracts, and I realy do not need the cirgury, that if I do the cirgury in one yearl I will have the problem that I am not going to see well again. she told me to wait more years, so my insurance can cover for the cirgury. Great Doctor.

Beware if Dr Williams says you have mono vision and suggests he make you more mono vision. Had to have one of the lenses redone and my eyes still are worse than before. It's been almost 2 years. I felt like he didn't really care and just wanted me to go away.

If you have concerns, don't bother. If you just need a prescription, it works. I don't know if I'll be back. I've had a good experience in the past with Dr. William's staff. I've been going here all my life. I saw Dr. Linton today for an eye exam, which was okay. I don't feel like my questions were really answered. I felt like the nurse was annoyed with taking so much time with me because we had to do iodine drops twice. She was trying to hurry me along when my eyes wouldn't stay open from tearng up. She didn't explain what she was doing and I felt like I was a bother to the staff more than a patient.

Doctor Williams made me feel calm and at ease. Doctor and staff were exceptional. Everything went perfectly. A high recommendation.

Been going here since I was a little kid. Always felt comfortable and at home. It's been great to see the office and associates grow with me. Have recommended all my family and friends to go here and many have and have had the same experience as myself. Don't hesitate, make the jump it's worth it.

These folks are great - excellent customer service and top notch quality care. Dr. Pickett is an amazing OD. He continues to upgrade his equipment with the latest technology. The front office staff are very welcoming and helpful. Would highly recommend this business for your eye care needs for the entire family.

Everyone was very helpful and pleasant to be around at Optical Associates. Was in and out in 45 minutes after the exam and picking out glasses. The location is great and I'll definitely be going back every year.

Zero empathy or consideration that things happen and to give people the benefit of the doubt that they try their best. Our 20 minute drive took 27 minutes because of an unexpected road closure we had to go around. The employee at the counter as we checked in said "unfortunately that was 7 minutes ago, you're going to have to reschedule, I have a digital appointment tomorrow." What the heck?! Most professionals allow a 15 minute window for such circumstances. I will take our business elsewhere. That's terrible customer service and a computer exam cannot examine the possible iris issue on the eye that we made the appointment for. Perhaps a blessing in disguise to now seek out a professional to assess it.

Took my daughter for a special they had of 2 pair of glasses for 79.99 and and when she got there they told us it was only for men special and I she ended with almost $500 dollars bill I still have the screenshot of the special offer they shouldn’t post promotions that are not real
