DR. West is my eye care doctor for years now. Sad to hear he is retiring going to miss him. Hope they will find someone as great as him.He is very professional, answers all my questions and makes sure my contacts or glasses are correct and fits comfortably. I'm very happy to of found a great eye doctor that cares and goes above and beyond for his patients to achieve the best vision possible. I really appreciate the team there. They always make my visits a great experience. Cindy thanks for making sure my insurance was billed correctly and letting me know about the rebate for my contacts. You made sure I was getting the best price i could. Dr. Stromness too is another great eye doctor there. He is one of my other family members eye care physician as well. All of you are so nice, helpful, and friendly. Thanks again for all that you do. You are all amazing!

Of the doctors, I've only met Dr. West, but I have been very pleased with Eye Care solutions. Not only have I come here for years, but I bring my family as well. The quality and consistency of care is something I value, as well as the demeanor of the doctor and the ability to explain to me what I am experiencing when having problems with my eyes. The treatment has been effective every time. I also appreciate the front staff being well-informed on products, brands, trends, and what's coming into market or being phased out. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for an eye care professional to give this office a try!

I have been a patient of Dr. West's for many years. He has always done a fantastic job fitting my contacts and addressing my vision needs. He will continue working with me until he gets the contact lens fitting perfectly. even if it takes a few weeks of fine tuning. I have always been satisfied. The last pair of contacts I bought are the best I've ever had. He suggested a new brand which have improved stability. For someone who has severe astigmatism, my vision is consistently good, even when my eyes are tired. I've sent many friends to Dr. West, and they have all been very satisfied.

I recently adopted two puppies, and although they are pretty good, they decided to chew up my eyeglasses to pieces. My lenses were pretty much OK. I needed my glasses for driving. They helped me replace the frames right away and I was very happy with their service. They have a large selection of frames and are very nice, and I recommend them very highly.

My friend Holly referred me to these guys a year or so ago and they're amazing! Their prices are great, amazing customer service, and they're really fast with cutting the lenses. Great quality too! Never going anywhere else and I'll be telling everyone about them. I brought my brother here as well and Nick was really helpful with my brother. He made sure my brother was able to have the lenses he needed to see today before closing. So grateful!

I've been a customer here for 10+ years. They have saved me soo much $. The owners are great and customer service is always great. Today the lady that was helping us was especially amazing and accommodating. I'm terrible with names but I think her name is Louis. Just wanted to say thank you to her.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! Jocelin helped me find a pair of glasses that fit my face perfectly and she was so kind. They also were super transparent about pricing and how everything was broken down. I felt very welcomed and I was treated with a lot of respect. I would definitely recommend working with them, they are truly the best!

The staff and Dr. Mackay are always so friendly and helpful. Whether it’s your first time or you have been going there for years like I have, they will treat you like family. I love the large selection of frames and products they offer. I also am very happy they have such state of the art equipment and are continually looking for the best technology for your eye health. I recommend Hidden Valley Eye Care to everyone!

Excellent Eye Care. Friendly Staff. Superb Service. Got an Rx for new glasses that was crystal clear! Whenever I have any eye care needs, Hidden Valley Eye Care is where my family and I go. We have never found another Eye Care Provider who does a better job, period.

Dr. Fellows is amazing… very analytical and thorough. My daughter always makes appointments with him when she visits me from Georgia. He is that good!!!! His staff also makes sure they treat their patients respectfully.

Love Dr Fellows! He’s been my eye doctor for over 10 years now. The appointments are quick, easy and he always gets my eye RX spot on. 10/10 recommend!
