Went in to purchase frames. Only needed a frame due to my child breaking the arm off of my current pair. The associate immediately tells me she can’t help me due to me not purchasing my lenses from them. Didn’t even offer their services like “Would you like to schedule an eye exam with us? We’re having xyz promotion going on” because I am due for an eye exam, I would have taken that help. Lucky for me I use to work for Visionworks years ago and know how to read my frame dimensions so I browsed what they had. Nothing they had would fit my lenses. Absolute lazy behavior on that associates end.

I've been going to this location for my optical requirements for a long time, and it's about time I gave them some recognition! Especially since I need to return my new glasses in order to get my new RX Sunglasses customized to my preferences! Manager Bleydi, Ms. Em, Yeshenia, and Monique, in particular, are the finest! Shh, everything here is fantastic, but please be patient and visit when they aren't too busy!

This was my first visit at Berkeley Eye Center. I was very impressed with the staff. They were all very friendly. Sean assisted me in the selection of my frames. He's knowledgeable in that he makes sure they fit your head and are the proper fitting frame design. He was excellent at this, because I tend to not pick appropriate frames. He makes me look good. The wait time for my exam was short, and I was pleased with Dr. Hilton as he answered all of my questions, and he also made some recommendations. Claudia assisted me with entering information for my order, which she handled quite efficiently. At check out Leticia was also courteous and cordial. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to your facility You have some friendly, courteous and smiling staff. Great customer service !!!!!!!!👏 👌 👍

I had the best experience! Everyone was nice and friendly. I want to thank Andy for making it even better! I had never laughed so much while picking out new frames. I wanted to stick to the old frames that I had been holding on for 4 years in a row 😅 and he got me to change that and I loved it! I can’t wait for my new glasses. ♥️ Thank you Andy for making my experience ecstatic! 🙂

So at 51 years old this was my first eye exam. I was a little nervous. I would like to thank Claudia and the rest of the staff for being patient with me and walking me through the process, all you guys are top notch! Also Dr. Hilton was great and very easy going. I never felt rushed or like just another number. Would highly recommend!!

I provide my children's insurance at the time thier appointment was made. I told whomever made the appointment to verify the insurance, and she said they excepted my insurance. Today when I arrived, the lady at the front desk told me they don't except my children's insurance. Due to someone not doing their job, I've wasted me and my children's time.

Brought my daughter here and we had a great experience. Dr. Reneau did a very thorough exam and made my daughter feel comfortable. Omar was nice and patient and Christi was sweet and helpful with the frame process. I will be bringing my family here!

Absolutely amazing experience! We had the most wonderful experience! The staff was so sweet, Michelle made my baby boy feel so comfortable and made it such a great experience for us. Mrs. Christy was also great, she made sure to explain all of our options and was so sweet. I can’t say enough about Dr. Reneau, he was so patient and made sure our concerns were addressed. They all went above and beyond and we will definitely be back. Thank you!

The tech stated it would take 7 days for my glasses to come in. I started calling on day 7. Employee stated they were out for delivery and would be in today. I waited two days called back and was placed on hold for 14mins. I hung up and called back, the employee stated that it was busy and the glasses was in but I would have to wait until tomorrow. She was very unprofessional to say the least.

Ms KENYA PALMER at location 01837 in Humble TX was so kind and generous with me today. i need lenses replaced from old frames to new ones and she was fast and friendly. she deserves a raise and a bonus. thanks again Ms KENYA PALMER:)

I came to this vision center to purchase a new pair of glasses, but also got a great deal on some sunglasses! The associate I worked with was very helpful and patient and made sure that I was taken care of. I will be back next year! It’s also nice to know that we can go back for adjustments at anytime!
