I was recommended Direct Eyecare after multiple family members came here and had great service. At my appointment, Dr Nguyen took her time with me and was very thorough in the exam, explaining my options, and answering questions. The front desk assistant, Kristen, was very helpful in finding glasses that would look good on me and processing my insurance claim. I highly recommend Direct Eyecare, and I’ve recommended it to others.

I recently brought my 91 year old mother to Dr. Nguyen for an eye exam. She was very thorough and answered all my mother's questions. She also treated my mother for dry eye and gave her suggestions on how to care for this condition. I would highly recommend Dr Nguyen to family and friends.

If I could I would give it a zero. I had to return some glasses because they were irregular. I’m not sure why but they fit crooked. I just couldn’t wear. I spent about 1-2 hours trying to get it returned and the dr began talking to me sarcastically. Not very nice to elderly. Then she wanted to charge a fee for returning glasses. OMG Just don’t go there 😡😡😡😡😡

Ms Marble was so very kind and patient with me with selecting the perfect pair of frames. I returned a few weeks later and Jackie helped me to get the right fit! I will definitely be back next year!

We received exceptional service from Carolyn. We came in with a pair of Ray Ban’s to have the lens replaced and Carolyn was so supportive and quick to assist us. She went above and beyond and made us feel valued and appreciated.

I’ve been to Wink Family care today And I had a very pleasant experience with the service. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who would like to check their vision and have the prescription glasses/contacts. Dr. Kim is one of the nicest doctors I have ever met and all the entire staff over there, there are just awesome. Thank you for the great service!!

10/10 Recommend! I have had unfortunate experiences at the last few corporate chains I’ve gone to. I went to Wink today and found my new eye care home! Ive worn glasses my whole life. In 42 years, I've never had a better experience. The office is sharp and clean. The entire staff was extremely personable and helpful. Every single step of the way I was heard, questions were answered, and banter was exchanged. I you are reading this, look no further and give them a call Thank you Wink for genuinely taking care of me today!

Great place to get an eye exam and glasses. Doctors and staff are great, nice experience overall. Keep in mind you will pay more than in other places like Target and the frame selection is limited.

Dr Le was very thorough and answered all my questions. He recommended a supplement for the early signs of macular degeneration that he discovered. He also gave me a grid so I can self monitor for symptoms of it worsening and know to come in for reevaluation. I feel confident in his knowledge and experience with aging eyes.

Appreciate the time Doc Le exam the cause of my vision problem. He was very thorough and caring. I will make sure to recommend doc Le to my friends and family.
