Dr. Markus assistant at the Towne Lake office is rude and almost caused my wife to leave due to her behavior. She almost had a cardiac episode. We believe this is the same person who also treated her 96 year old mother in a very disrespectful manner a couple of years ago. She must have something on someone in that company to keep her job. She has gone to Dr. Markus for several years and liked her enough to go back even after we moved to the Austin area. Will not come back!

Very impressive place with latest modern technology and experienced staff. It was so easy to get an appointment with Dr. Sharon who was very intelligent and spent time explaining the situation. And great advices. Very easy going and very comfortable place! Highly recommended!

A person that comes here to review her office is because they loved her expertise and experience! Where do I start? First of all, Karina is the best such a sweetheart and so knowledgeable, and her customer service is amazing. Extremely patient, she's a great teacher, and articulates how to put on contacts and the different forms you can do so. And Dr. Than is the BEST!... Very through! (extremely) makes sure you are well informed about everything concerning you eye health, I came in for contacts a week before traveling and she was soooo helpful in working with me to help me get tested, ordered the trial contacts to get them as soon as possible, worked with my schedule and made room for me in her already busy to come try them on and test them. Before you leave she sits you in the chair again to make sure that your contacts are moving more than normal when you are blinking. I'm telling you, you walk out of the office worry free. Simply the best! I'm sooooo grateful for everything she has done for me, literally went above an beyond for a new patient she has never met. That's the kind of Doctor she is! Look no further!

The young lady was knowledgeable and confident in her communication about the glasses. She explained my plan and stayed within my budget. Thanks for always showing kindness.

Guys… this place is so underrated on the outside. When you come in your greeted to a warm lit, calm, yet pleasant, joyful like they actually like their job! Great easy going staff, amazing experience!! You walk into this place and greeted with a smile!! No joke! Staff so attentive. They aren’t hiding or texting in the back. Every person I saw walk-in was “expected” or given all the attention. It’s nice. I saw the lady in photo her glasses adjusted and even that lady was quick, detailed, and efficient as the customer walked away with a smile! The oldies in the background is pleasant. It’s clean! “We’d be happy to … “ and other phrases were said more than 3 times during my wait. Was tested and had a great and peaceful appointment and left with more pep than I had when I first walked in. Great job Texas State Opt!!

Dr. Gates was marvelous. I’d been going to this location for years when my usual Dr. Retired 🥲 but Dr. Gates gets an A+. She was very personable and answered all my questions. She was very knowledgeable and educated me on general eye health. Wonderful experience and a short wait. …

TSO staff is the greatest. They very accommodating, knowledgeable and friendly. My visits are ALWAYS pleasant. Most recently, I hurt my eye. They quickly worked me for a thorough exam. I have had pleasant experiences with all staff. I would be remiss, if I failed to acknowledge Christine. She is certainly my favorite. Christine could certainly train other businesses on how to surpass customers expectation. I HIGHLY recommend TSO @5774 Cypress Creek Pkwy (AKA FM1960). Linda Green

Dr. Strong and her staff go above and beyond to make sure you get the best care possible for your eyes. I was greeted at the door professionally with prompt attention to my needs. The exam was the most thorough one I have ever received, my concerns were addressed and explained with suggestions on how to correct and fix my discomfort . The selection of glasses was amazing with all the latest in style choices ( it was hard to choose!) the staff was very helpful in helping me select the best glasses for my face . Having an eye doctor that stays on top of all the newest medical advances for your eyes is important to me . And suppling quality and cool eye wear is an added plus ! A++ !!!!

I highly recommend Strong Vision Center Fairfield. They have highly skilled optometrists that do an incredibly thorough exam. Their entire staff is so friendly and helpful. This is definitely the best experience I have encountered thus far at a vision clinic.
