I would like to highlight one of the workers who walk me through the whole process. She helped me feel comfortable and confident and what I was buying. Her name was Elizabeth. She did outstanding service. She was patient with me and picking out my glasses. Helping me trying to put my contacts on for the first time. When I had questions about the eye exam or just had questions in general, she was there to help me every step of the way. Thank you Elizabeth for going above and beyond! I will most definitely be coming back. I have been here multiple times but nobody has serviced me or help me the way Elizabeth did.

I’m a 2 year customer of this store and all I want to say is, every time I get new glasses I am treated with amazing respect. Carlos the store manager and Jasmin are so sweet and caring. I showed them a photo of some very expensive glasses I found online and they found me one almost identical for a fraction of the price! Thank you Carlos and Jasmin I will come back to purchase more and tell my friends too. Now I have 5 pairs from this company and I am extremely satisfied.

Visited the Humble location for the first time. Got a same day appointment. The staff was friendly, professional and efficient. Modern office and equipment. Received a very comprehensive and pleasant exam from Dr.Fach who was very personable. Great communication from the staff regarding my benefits. Will be making this my new choice for eye care.

Unfortunately, I’m going to be selecting a new eye doctor. I’ve returned four times to correct the same pair of glasses and they are still not correct, even after a new exam that updated the prescription. I am getting the run around and cannot get anyone to call me back to correct the problem. It’s frustrating because the staff is nice, but I’ve already paid several hundred dollars for a pair of glasses that are unusable for me.

I have been coming to MyEyeDr and Dr Pravda since forever. When I changed jobs and didn’t know if my insurance would be accepted, I didn’t matter. He and all of his staff are the best. The Dr looking after things while Dr Jay is out is great.

This is a fantastic place to get glasses. The customer service is very good, and the doctor is personable and knowledgeable. Delia helped me out today, and she took really good care of me. They were even getting close to closing time and I mentioned that we needed to wrap it up so they could leave on time, but she just kept on helping me find the perfect pair of glasses and sunglasses. She went above and beyond! I've only had friendly, professional interactions with the people here. If you want great service, you'll come here.

Everyone here is always very helpful and personable including doctors. I also had the pleasure of meeting Sharon and she definitely made this whole visit very pleasant and helpful.

We love Dr Gross!! She is always so helpful and professional! Her new office is so convenient and we are so happy she is practicing in the heights now!

I came here for an eye exam with Dr. Gross! She was extremely professional and sweet. Dr. Gross and her staff made me feel very comfortable during my appointment! Crystal assisted with picking my frames and really took her time helping me. Carol took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me and made checking in/checking out a breeze. Overall it was a simple, easy, and fast process. I was very pleased with my visit and will be back. Thank you Dr. Gross and staff for being so pleasant!!! I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

The office is brand new and amazing. The service is excellent, The doctor took his time to explain thoroughly each exam, each condition, next steps, and answered all questions. I never felt rushed. All brand new equipment and everything is impeccable.
