Sandy is the best when it comes to customer service and when needing help choosing glasses! She was so patient and caring with me. I took so long in choosing what frames to go with and she was so compassionate with me. I am so grateful for her help, and FYI her knowledge of glasses is out of this world! I am so glad I chose to come to this location. I recommend everyone to seek her if you go here! I sure am going back to her!

Roy, the Accomplish Vision doctor who gave me my eye exam, was a super, incredibly friendly man who made me feel much more comfortable despite being a bit nervous and shy. Also had a fun time figuring out what glasses to buy with Naomy, who was a very friendly and helpful woman that knew a lot about what glasses worked with what and what would look best. Overall, I enjoyed my experience.

I had such a great experience here! I almost didn’t want to leave. Naomy was such a sweetheart since the moment I walked in. I really did appreciate her patience throughout the entire process. She was very helpful and it truly made me so comfortable. Even when Monica arrived she assisted Naomy with such a positive attitude & they both helped me narrow down the frames I really wanted. I’m so glad I came to this location. Thank you again ladies! Y’all left an amazing impression 🫶🏻

Great visit! They got me in and out quickly but I also felt like all my questions were answered and I was listened to. Will definitely be back next year.

The staff is very friendly and kind,, and they really care about their customers. The doctor I seen today is very friendly and professional,, she actually cared about me being able to see clearly and didn’t rush,, the doctor also said some very kind words about God ,, my overall visit was EXCELLENT!!

Super nice staff. Kindly took in my 4yr old for his exam and were very patient with him an my toddler. I know they can be rowdy together, but reception were very kind to them.

Everyone here was so kind. Lucy answered the phone and explained the eye exam process for my 4-yr old. Very thorough and informative. Dr. Julie Kells was so great as well with being patient with my tired toddler. Very kind and would definitely refer them to others.

My family and I go to Vision Center Deerbrook and we love it. The Eye Dr was very nice and seemed to care, didn't rush being that we had an evening appointment. The staff is also very nice, front desk receptionist and eye assistant.

I’m a 2 year customer of this store and all I want to say is, every time I get new glasses I am treated with amazing respect. Carlos the store manager and Jasmin are so sweet and caring. I showed them a photo of some very expensive glasses I found online and they found me one almost identical for a fraction of the price! Thank you Carlos and Jasmin I will come back to purchase more and tell my friends too. Now I have 5 pairs from this company and I am extremely satisfied.
