100 stars for this office with such great service from the moment you schedule, to the receptionist, to the personnel who tests and Dr. Spicer!!! My mom had an eye emergency and I am pleased and impressed with the efficiency in which this office addressed her situation. She was treated in a timely manner, with compassion, completely informed of her condition and given clear directions for follow up and future needs. I cannot recommend this office more especially today when good medical care is scarce.

The staff is friendly and has great customer service. The provider (Christina) went above and beyond my expectations. They corrected my vision from a previous provider. Overall I am satisfied with my experience and I will continue to follow up with them as needed.

Always a great experience.Check in and a few minutes later you’re seen. Doctor takes his time, explains everything, and always makes you feel comfortable. Our entire family has been coming to this location for about 4-5 years now, highly recommend.

My daughter had an emergency and they gave her an appointment immediately, we were seen to and helped and fixed up in the most efficient and helpful way. Everyone is really professional and friendly, and truely care about their patients. I will be switching my whole family to this office and highly recommend Dr Roy and his staff to all my family and friends.

Dr. Roy squeezed me in and was so caring! The eye exam was thorough and Dr. Roy did not make me feel rushed at all. He is the best optometrist I have been to.

I have been coming for my vision check-ups to Infinity Vision for many years. I have been so pleased with the kind, professional treatment by Dr. Ho and his staff that my entire family comes here. I like that they are adjacent to Walmart Vision Center, too. Infinity Vision can give you an exam for regular glasses, reading glasses, bifocals, contact lenses, and even minor eye injuries. I went one time for floaters in my eyes, which I was distraught about, but after seeing Dr. Ho, he explained what was going on, recommended I see a specialist, explained what I should expect to happen at the specialist, and this calmed my nerves. I highly recommend this eye center.

Dr. Ho is great! I've been going to him for years. Very professional and reasonable. He gets me in and out in no time. If it's something that I don't understand, he makes sure to explain it thoroughly. Highly recommend!

Poor communication within the office. I was there for a contact prescription, but they failed to make it known to Dr. I was asked several times what i was there for and made it clear several times. I ended up waiting for over an hour and was called up to try on glasses. Very unhappy with service, then the Dr was out to lunch so I could not get contacts I needed. I was not aware there were no contacts on site to try to make sure fit was correct. I will not be returning to do my exams here any more. I want to be serviced like any other optical office where I leave with my new contacts on for trial, not wait for them in the mail.

Ashley the receptionist has excellent customer service! She is very kind, polite and very helpful. There were many customers in store and she took the time to help each and every one of them with a warm smile. She represents a great example of how customer service should be🙂 …
