Doctor was extremely friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He was communicative and his wife was very kind. Professional amd sterile environment and everything Is done on site and not shipped off to labs, ao turnaround time is faster. Highly recommend.

I wasn’t going to leave a review originally. I booked an appointment here for convenience as they are open weekends and they have good reviews. They had trouble verifying I had insurance for vision with the information I provided. I cancelled my appointment since they couldn’t verify my insurance and decided I can just wait and visit my usual location for my eye exam. I have never had issues with verifying my insurance with other companies but not a big deal. I went ahead and booked with another location for my eye exam where I normally go and now I am receiving a call that my insurance is showing that I already booked an eye exam with my vision provider at this location. Which is odd because I was under the impression that they could not verify I have vision included on my insurance therefore I wasn’t able to use my insurance at this location.

Dr. Kim Nguyen prescribed lenses with a prism for my computer glasses. The result was a great improvement over my previous computer glasses. Very grateful to Dr. Kim Nguyen.

Dr Ahuja is an amazing Optometrist. She was thorough and informative and educated me on new lens technology. I have worn the same contact lens brand for 15 years and they were drying out my eyes. My eyes were always red and irritated as a result. She suggested more advanced technology and it has made a huge difference. No more red, irritated eyes! I feel so fortunate to have found this wonderful doctor. Thank you so much!

I had a wonderful experience today with Jennifer! I rushed over from work to make it before store closing. I called her before hand for directions to the closest mall entrance and she was so helpful! She directed me right were I needed to be. I arrived an hour before close needing glasses for my family and I. She was very patient and I never once felt rushed. She took her time to explain the difference in lenses and I felt confident I made the right choices afterwards.

I came in to get my Prada frames adjusted and was in and out within 10 min. Feels like I got new glasses! The associates are always very courteous when I come to this location.

I had a wonderful experience at the LC location in the Deerbrook Mall. Both associates who assisted me were competent, professional, and very courteous. All my questions were patiently and confidently answered. Once the ordering started, Ms. Cierra was amazingly fast and took great care to get my order correct. Minus my browsing time, I'm sure from walking in to walking out with new product ordered was pretty close to 30 minutes or less!! Fantastic job!! Highly recommend!!

My son had an appointment with Dr. Tham, this was the worst experience we have had with an optometrist. My son tried to explain to her that he is autistic so she can understand in case he seems off to her. She ended up trying to explain to my son that most people who say they are autistic really are not. She was very rude and he left very upset. We love the staff at Vision Works but will be unable to go back there due to the experience we had with Dr. Tham.

Brandy is amazing at what she does, I went in looking for a specific frame and she guided me to what I was looking for and took out the time to make sure it was a fit for me. The glasses that I had before, where no longer in stock. Well she die better and found a brand I didn't know I was looking for. I didn't have to look long, I was in and out because she was just that good at what she does. Time well spent and I would go back to her again in the future. She will not pressure you and you feel like a customer and not a commission. Go visit her if you have a chance, will not regret.

Had a great experience with Dr.Tham. She is very knowledgeable and has great patient care. She was super and I definitely recommend you to come see her!

The team was very nice, Dazie, Sara and Dr. Guerrero. I was seen at my exact time of my appointment. Took their time and ease my sense of worrying. Dazie and Sara are awesome!!
