Emily, the store manager, helped my wife and me make selections for replacement frames after our eye exams. She also fitted them and completed our purchase transactions. The doctors were very professional, and Emily was quite thorough. We left today believing that we will be very happy with our new eyewear!

I needed glasses. America's best is great! Very easy, and fast. The Dr. and whole staff are very friendly and very helpful. I got 2 pairs of glasses, and a pair of sunglasses. I can see much clearer, and it didn't cost that much. I recommend getting the optional eye scan, it gives the Dr and you a better view of your eye health. We only get one set, take care of them! Thanks again to everyone at America's Best in Mckinney.

My vision has changed and I realized it’s been 4 years since I got my glasses from America’s Best in California. I walked into the Mckinney America’s Best, without an appointment, to look at their frames and make an appointment for another time, and they were able to give me an eye exam and glasses consultation in less than half an hour! I was very favorably impressed with the entire friendly, positive and professional staff. Dr. Saya Cardarles was so pleasant and took time to answer my questions and the new lenses got my vision to 20/20. What a difference!! The best of many eye doctors I have seen over the years. Hannah, the tech who administers the eye test, was friendly and advised what to expect before each test (very important to me) and was very caring. Couldn’t have asked for a better consultant than Kirk, who asked questions, listened, was very knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor! He took so much time in getting me frames and lenses that I liked, looked good on me and were within my budget! Both of my new glasses were ready for pick up, earlier than expected, and never had glasses that fit perfectly the first time I put them on! Emily was very informative, caring, funny and is a pure example of great customer service! I’m an old perfectionist who retired from HR consulting and training. It was so refreshing to walk into a place of business where all the staff members seemed to like each other and worked as a TEAM on behalf of their customers!

My 9 year old daughter and I both had exams. My kiddo is not a fan of any kind of doctors. The entire staff was so welcoming and kind. We had a fantastic experience and can’t say enough about Dr. Osman. He was so thorough, personable, informative, and made us both so at ease my lil one was crackin jokes. Great experience. Most definitely recommend. Dr Osman made me feel like he had endless time to spend with us and that’s super rare these days.

Dr. Osman provided exceptional care during my visit. His assessment was comprehensive and he demonstrated a warm and gentle approach throughout. He took the time to understand my needs, asking pertinent questions to help me make the best choice. His office staff also deserves praise for their friendly and efficient service. The office itself is clean and modern, equipped with high-quality, state-of-the-art instruments. I highly recommend Dr. Osman for anyone seeking top-notch eye care.

Aesthetically this is a very beautiful office, each staff member I encountered had such great attitudes/personalities. Dr. Osman was very knowledgeable with warm great bedside manner and an actual personality, not just a stone cold doctor. There’s not a ton of paperwork & I was able to do it all electronically. I was able to easily schedule my appointment online. The hours are perfect as well. I’m glad I read the reviews and chose this practice, I am a long term patient now I don’t care how far I’d have to drive either.

You might get a phone call about the appointment you’ve made days ago and they might tell you that, your 16:20 appointment canceled, same day at 1pm. She said doctor is feeling sick so I guess the doctor didn’t feel sick in the morning since I didn’t get any call.

My daughter and I have been seeing both Doctors at Nelson Eyecare for a few years now and we are so pleased both of them. They are both so gentle and patient. I would highly recommend them both.

Very good optometrist. I have gone myself and taken three of my children for eye exams. Dr Nelson was very thorough and good with children. The cash pay price was $60 when I visited, with an additional fee if dilation was needed. The office is located at the Sam's club, in a separate entrance.

I recently took my two daughters to Definitely Eyecare in Mckinney. Front desk is super sweet and friendly. Their online scheduling is a plus..convenient and quick. Very impressed with Dr.Nguyen. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He takes his time during the exams to explain and answer all our concerns. Absolutely fantastic experience. Highly recommend this place.
