Dr. Rafi is a highly trained specialist in her profession. I found her to be kind, listened to me with compassion. She spoke clearly so I understood what I had to do to save my sight. She also has a well trained staff to assist her . I give them all an "A plus!"

I was there waiting a very long time, the only downfall…otherwise Dr. seems to know her business well! I was satisfied! I went to see Dr. Rafi but was told I had to see Dr. Khaja first.

Please do not go to Dr. Henan Khaja..she was about to give me cateric..surgery twice just to get insurance money..you only need cateriac.. surgery once in a lifetime..she was about to mess up my vision, I changed Doctors just in time.

It is great that is open on Sundays! Nice lady that attended us! Got glasses and contacts for wife and daughter!

I’ve had a terrible experience with this optical shop. I really thought I’d get better service from Sam’s. I bought my glasses on December 21st, and was told they would arrive on January 3rd. January 3 rolls around and I give them a call to make sure I could come pick them up, but the guy I spoke to had no idea where they were and apparently they’d been pushed back to January 10th. No answers as far as what caused the delay. I had to call a few times to even get that information, because he said he’d call me with an update but never did. January 9th, today, I call and ask if they will be here tomorrow like they said. Apparently they are stuck in Memphis and there’s no ETA. The young lady I spoke with “thinks they’re going to go ahead and resubmit the order.” It’s been 3 weeks and I have to call and drag information about my order out of someone. I asked them to call me when my order has actually been resubmitted today, but I don’t expect I’ll get a call back. I know you can’t expect or control delays, but you should call customers and inform them of delays or changes.

I purchased prescription eyeglasses at Sam's Club Optical Center and my glasses were stylish, affordable, and delivered on time (actually a day ahead of schedule). The staff was friendly, helpful, and efficient. I have purchased glasses here on multiple occasions and will do so in the future.

Had my eye exam the other day with Dr. Tam and she was a breath of fresh air! Patient, knowledgeable, and considerate of your needs. All her recommendations were sensible and I appreciated her professional yet personable approach. I was pleasantly surprised at all the high tech equipment – haven’t seen most of them before and they were actually a lot less intrusive than what I’m used to. She also had a great selection of eyewear at the front of the office and I had fun trying them on! Helpful front office staff as well. The whole vibe of the office is stylish and modern, and I’m happy to have found my forever optometrist!

WOW! What an amazing experience. I've never been to an eye clinic before so I was hesitant in coming in. Dr. Tam made me feel right at home. She is highly knowledgeable and attentive and she took care of all my needs. The clinic's modern facilities and efficient staff make the experience worthwhile. I highly recommend Redefined Eyecare. Dr. Sally Tam is AMAZING! The minute I came in, her staff greeted me and made the checking in process so easy and simple! During my exam she was patient and very thorough on explaining to me what was happening. Such a relief, leaving with all my needs met. I highly recommend this place!

I recently had cataract surgery with Dr Gupta. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. She knowledgeable, confident and kind. Her office staff are great as well. I really felt like I was treated as an individual, unlike the big eye surgery mills. I could not be more happy with the outcome or the level of care.

I have received excellent care from Dr. Gupta. I was very impressed by her expertise and thoroughness. My cataract surgery went well and I'm very happy with the results. In addition, the office staff is friendly, efficient, and helpful.
