They were quick and efficient with all aspects of the eye exam. The office and exam room experience flowed smoothly. Everyone, especially the doctor and the receptionist (with the British accent) are very calm and nice.

Excellent Doctor, extremely thorough and knowledgeable. Very empathetic and kind while working with my 81yr old Mom. Highly recommended, matter of fact I have my own appointment next week! A Five Star Plus!

I am a retired doctor and can recognize a personable caring and great professional. Easy parking and clean cozy office. I have had many eye exams since 1970 and Dr.Velez is the best. She takes the time to listen and answer questions without rushing or dismissing you. I have been here 4 times now and there is no changes in her professional demeanor. Will continue to go back and highly recommend her.

I just love Dr. Velez! She has been my eye doctor for 7 years. She always helps me feel relaxed, and I actually enjoy my eye exams. Everyone in her office and at Pearle Vision was kind, welcoming and helpful. I definitely recommend this place!

They took great care of my husband! He lost a nose piece and it was cutting into his nose. They fixed him is good to go wit a cheerful attitude the entire time.

The great customer service that I receive at Target Optical in Mckinney is unmatched! Nicky and Cody are fabulous and care about their clients. When my glasses were not fitting well and the progressives were hard to get use to they went out of their way to help me see better and feel comfortable in my glasses. They are also great at helping you find the right pair that make you look good also!! Great place to trust for your eye are needs!!!

I came in today to order my prescription sunglasses. Again great and courteous service, a great selection of frames and at an affordable price. I've been coming to Target Optical for my eyeglasses for at least 4 years now, and I've never been disappointed. I highly recommend Target Optical.

This is our 2nd year with Target Optical as we have just moved here fr out of town. My whole family are very satisfied with them. We are so happy to find a friendly neighborhood optical we can count on…very knowledgeable with whatever our optical needs are. Amazing customer service. Christine is such an awesome help. Came in to get my nose pads changed and Christine did this in a 'blink' :-)
