Dr Pitts and her team are truly amazing. I could not be happier. Their patience and skill set with me when attempting to transition to contact lenses was really amazing. I am a lifelong patient now. Thanks so much!

I came to this location solely for an eye exam with Dr. Mimi Duong as she is the best! She's attentive, personable, and incredibly efficient at her job. She didn't make me feel like she was rushing through my exam as most optometrists do in my prior experience. Also, Brittany who worked me up with my preliminary exams is awesome! She's easy to talk to and also great at her job. I will absolutely be back for these two professionals! I technically don't need glasses because I have 20/20 vision, but I'll gladly get another eye exam with Dr. Mimi anytime.

I have been coming here for years and was very satisfied until my last visit. There has been recent turnover in doctors and management, and I found my overall appointment experience was to be very unhelpful. I was there for almost two hours and got no closer to resolving any of my vision problems. I was up charged for services that I found unnecessary and did not help get to the root of the issue. Ultimately, the doctor told me that she could not help me with my issue and I needed to see a specialist, which candidly I would have appreciated being told that from the beginning since I provided the reception with a great deal of detail regarding my situation before my appointment.

Dr. S was super nice, patient, and thorough in her exam. Made it easy for my nervous 7 year old to be brave. The girls that helped with picking out glasses and then getting them adjusted were so nice about everything and quick. Made the whole process easy.

The best Eye care team in Cypress!! This has been the best eye appointment I’ve ever had in a long time. Dr Hatridge is so knowledgeable, patient, and gentle. He answered all of our questions in a way that was very easy to understand, and explained everything without making me feel dumb for asking (which has happened at other places in the past). In addition, he went into detail to make sure we understood every procedure performed. For the first time, I feel I got the right prescription. The staff is also a wonderful and caring. One of the sweet ladies at the front helped me with fitting my contacts and gave me great tips to put them on. Again, all without making me feel like an idiot for not know how to put them on. Recommend this place 100%.

I have been wearing corrective lenses for over 20 years and have been to countless optometrists. I can say that this office and Dr. Nguyen are by far the best I’ve ever been to for miles. They seem to have excellent updated equipment and a great selection for frames. The opticians are extremely helpful and actually give great advice to help you pick out the best frames. As far as Dr. Nguyen, she is so professional and knowledgeable. I told her she is the best optometrist I’ve ever had and it’s the truth! I’m so grateful for her help in finding the right brand of contacts for me and her thorough advice and options for my dry eye problems. Lastly, I’ve had to pop back into the office a few times for help with my glasses and I was always helped immediately even when it looked busy. The staff here are all just fantastic!

Didn’t appreciate the “upsell” during the eye exam. Was told my insurance covered a full comprehensive eye exam but during exam was told by tech for $40 more I could get an even more comprehensive exam. To me this is a shady practice. If this is a more comprehensive exam which is better for your health than it should be included. Or explain before you go to the exam and make it clear on the pros and cons of receiving. Selling when you are already in the exam is a pressure sale and not very ethical. Dr. was excellent.

I had an absolutely wonderful time for my first visit! Amy was very nice at the front desk and Crystal was really gentle and kind with my preliminary exam. Dr. Oevermann is hilarious! Really quick too which at first I was worried about as I didn't want something to go wrong but in the end he and Jon, who made my glasses, found what was right for me and I walked out with a pair of lens and frames that suited me perfectly and made me very happy. It's so amazing to be able to see clearly! Thank you so much everybody! 🤓

I simply love this place. Dr. Oevermann is such a wonderful human being. He is extremely passionate, knowledgeable, kind, funny and makes you feel comfortable and satisfied with your visit. He is simply the best. I noticed that his staff are equally as caring and passionate. It was so refreshing to see them interacting with each other in a way that shows they all enjoy working together and doing what they do. This is one doctor's office where you will not feel rushed at all. If you have any questions, they will be answered and Dr. O is one of few doctors I have encountered who will ask you if you have any questions and actually mean it (*not look like he is in a hurry or you are wasting his time). I will keep referring everyone I know to this office and I pray for perfect health and long life for this doctor so he can keep being my eye doctor for the next 60 years :-).

Dr Oevermann is knowledgeable and listens to my concerns. He takes the time to explain all options. The office staff is professional and easy to work with. I would recommend him to friends and family.

Dr Degeneur is so knowledgeable and I appreciate his care for the last three decades. He not only cares for myself and my family but also my students dealing with vision issues and dyslexia. Erica and his staff are rare gems whom we continue to appreciate and recommend.
