Loved my whole experience here! Dr. Hasan made me feel comfortable, told me step by step what was going on. The staff was super helpful and guided me throughout the appointment and worked with my insurance in trying to figure out what glasses were the right fit for me. The office is beautiful and clean and I am super impressed with their services. Highly recommend.

Great experience! They were super thorough. I’ve gone to eye doctors every year for the last 10 plus years and they were never this thorough. Dr. Le was nice and explained everything to me. He didn’t rush my appointment and made sure to answer my questions. Brenda took her time with my son and I and made sure we understood our options with their recommendations. Will bring my other son and husband here for their yearly check ups. Great location as well. Right down the street from my house.

Loved the experience! The doctor was amazing. The first 2 young ladies that took care of us were really nice and professional. Melanie was very helpful and very patient with my daughter and I. I would recommend my friends and family.

Recently moved to the area and was looking for a convenient place to get my eye exams. Better Vision had convenient scheduling and hours. I made an appointment gave my insurance information then was told my eye insurance was not active. Called my insurance company and told I had coverage and it was active. I get yearly eye exams because I wear contacts and not once has this been an issue. Went to the appointment and once again told they couldn’t verify my insurance. I called my insurance company while there and had them speak to them and my insurance company sent verification that I did in fact have insurance; however, because THE STAFF could not pull up my insurance from their end they would not see me without me paying out of pocket which I refused to do when I have 100% coverage for yearly eye exams. Absolute waste of time!! Will never be back!!

Had a great experience here at Better Vision. From the moment I walked into the door, they were extremely professional. Interacted with Leslie and Dr. Ho, which made my experience positive. I will definitely be returning for my annual exams. Thank you ladies!

Dr. Alvarado was very kind and thorough with both me and my husband. Because of previous health concerns, she recommended a retinal screening, and we’ll follow up with the ophthalmologist. We were able to get our prescriptions for new glasses quickly!

Amazing place. Very caring and understanding individuals. Dr. Jose Payan is an incredible eye doctor. Very down to earth and does not mind educating his patients during the treatment process. I wish I would’ve taken a picture of my eyes before & after my infection. Finding a trusty eye doctor or eye care center can be difficult, so I truly feel blessed that I stumbled upon this place. I will recommend this place to anyone. You can tell how much they care about the work they do, and I hope each employee there knows how appreciated they are.

First of all, where has this place been all my life? If it wasn’t for my mom’s recommendation, then I wouldn’t have had any idea about how good this place is. The whole experience was nothing short of incredible. Dr. Lorraine Payan is definitely a very good eye doctor, from the instant she walked in, she was very personable and very friendly. She was extremely thorough and knowledgeable about the health of my eyes. I’m glad to have found this place and that they take my insurance which saved me a lot of money. You can bet that I will return for my next visit, as this is my new place to get my eyes checked. Thank you.

I’ve always received friendly customer service and professional support. I like the fact that I can ask questions without feeling mindless, or feel I’ve been rushed out as if I’m some type of number or a quota to be filled. Dr. Jose is the best.

We LOVE Dr. Pitts and her amazing staff! They are patient, kind and so helpful. My husband, kids and I are truly appreciative of the way Dr. Pitts answers each and every question — and trust me, my kids ask at least 20 questions every visit. Thank you Dr. Pitts for all you do in ensuring our family always has a positive experience at your office. We know that we will always be able to count on you for years to come.

The doctor was nice and very thorough, but I spent $800 (!!!) for an exam and pair of glasses. It was my first time buying glasses for myself so I didn't know any better. I honestly feel ripped off. The front staff wasn't outright rude, but they didn't seem very friendly or welcoming either. The girl who did my fitting and took my payment seemed like her mind was elsewhere. Glasses were also late. Next time I will just go to walmart or target and save myself hundreds of dollars.
