Dr. Strong is awesome! She is thorough and explains everything in detail as she goes through your test results. She listens to you and really cares about her patients. I highly recommend her and her staff for your eye care.

I visited Strong after not having had an eye apt in some time. The staff was super friendly and competent and the doctor spent quite a long time with me reviewing my eye health in great detail. Nice place and people. The staff helped to make adjustments on my glasses while I am in the room doing the eyes check. A happy visit, I got 2 things done in less than 30 minutes.

Today's Vision Barker Cypress is awesome!!! The Doctor is very thorough and answers all your questions. She is also very friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. The office personnel is great!! They are friendly, courteous and very helpful. All around it was a great experience.

I’ve been coming here about a year now and really enjoy this place. The doctor is informative and the ladies at the front are so polite and helpful. They make ordering contacts and glasses a breeze.

I don't write reviews ever but i had to let people be aware of the horrible service at this place. This is the worst location to go to. They all give you different price quotes. They are very rude and don't care. I was given a price for my glasses 2 weeks prior and i called to pick up. I was told the glasses were ready and to come get them before 5pm. Once i got there, i asked for my glasses and was told they were not ready and did i get a call. I said yes earlier that day. I showed the girl my phone and number that called me and she asked me, i quote " who did you talk to, i responded i dont remeber the name and she said. Well you should have gotten the name of the associate. I was shocked, and to add to the insult, when i explained to her that i really needed my glasses and it was over 2 weeks she acted like it did not matter. They change prices constantly and when i asked an associate why, i was told Dr Barns comes up with the prices. Be aware service there is horrible. An to tjink we actually pay for this services.

I had a 12:00 noon appointment, my GPS directed me onto 290 instead of the service road, so I had to U turn and come back. I pulled into the Target lot and called them at 12:09 and they said, “I was right outside. I parked the car and walked in, was given paperwork and then they told me they have a 10 minute grace period and I’d now have to wait until all the scheduled patients are seen first. Not only was I there by 12:10, technically within the grace period. They had No regard or empathy, just cold and rude. I DO NOT recommend this place.

Dr. Baines is wonderful! She’s attentive and knowledgeable! Appreciate that she’s always willing to listen and build relationships with her patients. And her staff is great too! Great quality service!

Dr. Nugyen has been mine and my son’s doctor for over 20 years! She is so caring and spends time with you to figure out what your problem is and that’s what I love the most about her and her staff!
