DO NOT GO HERE GO TO AN ACTUAL OPTOMETRIST.!!!! I took my cousin to get here eyes checked she stated it's had been years since her eyes were check and that she is a type 1 diabetic. The people there said that wouldn't be a problem we can still do your exam. She took her back there for about 20 minutes and later came back said so your eyes are too bad to get the prescription approved so we would need a doctor. We asked "aren't you a doctor" she said no but I can so small exams. When we came in we said from the beginning her eyes would be really off, they should have suggested the doctor 1st . And then she said we only get doctors every other Tuesday. How are 2 working people suppose to get here when she works nights and I work days. And then SHE STILL CHARGED ME even though she didn't do anything. I asked why am I still paying you if you literally didn't nothing and didn't give me anything either. She stated she did do something so I responded with then give me the prescription so I can get it filled she told she could ni give it to me because she didn't not do the exam?!?!?!?! Save you time and money and give to a professional not whatever these people are.

Dr. Oevermann is a great eye doctor, so much so that I just went back to visit him for an eye exam after being away for 10 years. Before that he was my eye doctor for years but I moved away. Now that I'm back in the area I'll also be sending my husband to see him later this week. His staff is great and accommodating with scheduling and everyone is super friendly. If you need a good family eye doctor, this is the place to go!

This has to be the best experience I ever had out of all the eye places I ever been to from the front desk service all the way to check out. it's extremely awesome to see how much passion this team has you can tell they sincerely care for you and love what they do! . Idk what else to say except please go to this location you will not be disappointed!

I needed an eye exam after having some trouble with the DPS vision test. The staff was very friendly and got me in to see the doctor that day. Dr. Oevermann completed my exam and discussed the results with me in great detail. He is easy going and did not try to push or sale me anything that I did not need. I had a great experience and will return.

I thought I had a scratch in my right eye it was red & very irritating. I called my optometrist hoping to be seen, but her office has recently closed her clinic & I was in need of a new doctor. I called 2 other Optometrist hoping to be squeezed in & 3rd time really is the charm. I can’t thank Dr. C and her staff enough, they squeezed me in for a same day appointment. The staff was incredibly helpful, kind and accommodating. The office is gorgeous, beautiful design, and reserved parking spots, right in front. Dr. C was amazing, she has a beautiful bedside/chair side manner, she diagnosed my issue, called in an RX &, had me out of there, with a plan, a follow up appt, & a brand new optometrist! Couldn't be happier that I found Cypress Optique, 10/10 highly recommended.

Lovely office with kind and friendly staff. The staff are always welcoming and helpful every visit I have gone to. Dr. Ferreira is very knowledgeable and explains things in a way that is easy to understand. Both she and her staff know how to take care of their patients in terms of comfort and treatment. They are always asking if I'm in pain or need adjustments during the visits. Would highly recommend to others their excellent services!

I had a fantastic experience at Cypress Optique. Dr. Ferreira was wonderful. She explained in detail all the aspects of the tests they did for my eyes. The tests they use there are much less difficult than ones I've experienced in the past. I went in to get a new contact prescription and was very impressed with the office itself and every one I spoke with. Another bonus are free snacks, drinks, and a kid area with kid snacks as well. I was also able to get an appointment quickly which I appreciated. I highly recommend Dr. Ferreira and her team!

Dr. Nguyen is great and takes his time answering any questions. The staff - not so much. I asked questions about my yearly benefits and one of the ladies at the front desk rolled her eyes at me. Customer service at it's finest lol. Also, make sure they run your benefits correctly. I came in for my yearly exam + contact lens fitting and was charged $150.00. I called VSP to ask why I was charged so much and apparently they ran part of my eye exam through my medical (BCBS) which was a higher copay. My total should have only been $81.00 instead of the $150.00. After doing some research, they also overcharged me for previous visits. Lesson learned.

Staff is pleasant and professional. Dr. Nguyen is great and takes time with my exam. It’s never a rushed visit. He is personable and takes time to answer questions. Facility is always clean and I have never had an issue getting a visit quickly, including emergency visits. I would highly recommend.

I have been coming to this location for many years. I came in today to try and get contacts due to the fact that my glasses messed up. I was not told about my benefits i was charged for fit and follow up premium only covering 10% off retail … More

Drs strong is awesome! Takes her time to listen and explain things. Really gains your confidence so quickly. And all the staff were so kind and welcoming, and patient with my indecisiveness without pushing to sell anything. Just a really fantastic experience all round! Thank you!
