Their promotional sale of an eye exam & 2 free eyeglasses for $79 is outstanding. The Optometrists are very professional and accommodating, as well as the support staff.

The customer service was good, and the optometrist was really nice. Unfortunately it’s been 3 weeks now, and I have yet to receive my frames. I was told it would take 2. So don’t go here if you need something right away. The two for 79.99 only applies to a very small selection of frames they had in stock, and with plastic lenses. I ended up getting some frames that were 2 for 129.99 If you have astigmatism, and myopia like me, you know it’s almost always standard to get poly carbonate glass, which was another 140 upgrade. I only upgraded one of my frames which was 90$ If you want to add A/R, or anything else it’s another hefty add on. In total I paid about $240 for two frames, one of them plastic, the other poly.

The service provided at this location exceeded my expectations. Chuck and the staff very understanding of my special needs sibling. They were very accomdating, by allowing us to see Dr.Henry, a bit earlier than the schedule appointment( we where from out of town). Chuck, during the eye exam was very kind and engaging toward my sibling during the whole process. Dr. Henry was courtesous, prompt and professional, she was very informative about my sibling's overall eye health and prescription. The Front Area Staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable about eye insurance plans, frames, pricing points and other general information. We will return in the future for our eye care needs.

Very clean and organized shop. They have a nice selection of frames. Lots of choices for reasonable prices. The staff is excellent, they seem knowledgeable and are very helpful and kind. My teen daughter couldn't find the frames she wanted at the shop so they suggested we look online where there will be more options. I would definitely recommend checking out this location of Visionworks whether you have or don't have insurance.

This place is the absolute best. I had a bit of a situation with my contact order and Jamal saved the day. Everyone here is super friendly and makes you feel very welcome. I wont go anywhere else. They take their time to male sure your decision is solid and give you all options available. I give them 10 stars. This is what real service feels like!!!

Huge selection of frames to try on. I immediately found the perfect pink Kate Spade glasses that I’m happy with. Staffs are friendly and helpful! I received my glasses earlier than expected as well which is a plus!

I got my first pair of contacts today and I want to thank the amazing staff and Dr. Pham for this amazing experience. I started playing tennis at school and these contacts are going to help make that easier for me. I am so excited and recommend coming here!

This place has been doing my glasses for approximately the last 3 years. I have had nothing but good experiences with them. Very knowledgeable ladies, from the Office Manager to the receptionist. Pleasant environment! I will continue to use them for my needs with glasses.

Brittney is better than Brittany Spears work her vivacious laugh and great personality. She worked with me and made sure I got what I needed and helped me find a plan to fit. I love the glasses we picked out and can't wait to get another pair later in the year. She rocks!

My wife and I both went to My Eyelab for our new eyewear, and we were very pleased with the experience. Our guide in selecting our frames and lens options was Brittney, whom we found to be friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She allowed us to take our time and helped us to decide on glasses that we have been very happy with. She also made careful measurements that ensured that our progressive lenses would focus properly both for reading and distance vision. Having the right prescription is, of course, important when getting new glasses, but you also need someone to help make sure that you will see well with the new prescription and that the glasses will be comfortable and attractive as well. That is what we found at My Eyelab.
