We received exceptional service from Carolyn. We came in with a pair of Ray Ban’s to have the lens replaced and Carolyn was so supportive and quick to assist us. She went above and beyond and made us feel valued and appreciated.

I’ve been to Wink Family care today And I had a very pleasant experience with the service. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who would like to check their vision and have the prescription glasses/contacts. Dr. Kim is one of the nicest doctors I have ever met and all the entire staff over there, there are just awesome. Thank you for the great service!!

10/10 Recommend! I have had unfortunate experiences at the last few corporate chains I’ve gone to. I went to Wink today and found my new eye care home! Ive worn glasses my whole life. In 42 years, I've never had a better experience. The office is sharp and clean. The entire staff was extremely personable and helpful. Every single step of the way I was heard, questions were answered, and banter was exchanged. I you are reading this, look no further and give them a call Thank you Wink for genuinely taking care of me today!

Great place to get an eye exam and glasses. Doctors and staff are great, nice experience overall. Keep in mind you will pay more than in other places like Target and the frame selection is limited.

Dr Le was very thorough and answered all my questions. He recommended a supplement for the early signs of macular degeneration that he discovered. He also gave me a grid so I can self monitor for symptoms of it worsening and know to come in for reevaluation. I feel confident in his knowledge and experience with aging eyes.

Great experience. Doctor was very thorough and fully explained what she was doing and why. However, I will admit that with my insurance coverage, several USUAL tests were offered ALA CARTE. I've never experienced that process before and I will check with my carrier to recommend a vendor where it's a COMPLETE exam, rather than an "extra" Overall service was outstanding

Dr. Mai is great! I hadn’t had an eye exam in over 10 years, and she made me feel so comfortable and explained everything and did all the tests that needed to be done. Would highly recommend. She made my vision what it should be again! Her staff is amazing as well!

After reading all of the great reviews, I scheduled an appointment with Dr Nguyen on 11/14/23. You can already anticipate how great your visit will be when I was immediately sent all the necessary forms to fill out and submit online. Forms were easy to read and understand and were a breeze to fill out. My appointment was fantastic. The lady who ran the preliminary eye testing immediately greeted me with a warm and friendly personality as did the Optician. She introduced me to Dr Nguyen who was fantastic. Without a doubt, this was the most comprehensive and thorough eye exam I have ever had. Dr Nguyem explained all of the procedures to me and then executed them with the utmost skill, explaining everything to me as we went through a wide range of testing my eyes. I have been through many eye exams over many years but I have never felt as confident and sure as I was with Dr. Nguyen and her very impressive skills and her knowledge of everything about the eyes and vision. Just a very rewarding visit with a great office team.Looking forward to working with Dr. Nguyen and her staff regarding new glasses.
