My son and I absolutely adore Dr Patel! She’s been our optician for 3 years now! Even though we moved further away we still go to her office. Everyone is so nice herself and her whole staff make you feel completely welcome. It’s a very relaxed environment and Dr. Patel does an amazing job explaining to you and if you have kiddos, everything that’s going on during the exam. It’s just a great experience overall. 😊

Thank you Jorge!!! I usually dread getting my glasses done at my local LenseCrafters because their customer service is awful and they make choosing the perfect frame more stressful than it should be. Coming to Walmart was the best decision I’ve made when shopping for frames. Jorge made it so much easier with his knowledge and impeccable customer service! Never purchasing frames elsewhere! Walmart vision center you’ve gained a new customer for sure!

Very disappointed! Visited the store on a Saturday, had a preb, found glasses and frame. Salespeople friendly and helpful. Said they would call for insurance info on Monday and text me details. Walmart even sent a text requesting permission to send future vision comunications, which I responded with 'yes'. Called Wed. and the person on the phone found my insurance info but nothing else. I wasted all that time only to find the customer service let me down. Felt neglected!🤔🧐🫤

Tameika was very helpful and friendly. I was able to choose some beautiful transparent glasses. The manager Guadalupe also came over to introduce herself. All the staff was very welcoming. I will continue to go to this vision center. Thank you guys so much!

My son was complaining of headaches so I went and got his eyes checked. They suggested glasses and after further discussion and testing he was a good candidate for vision therapy. Y’all I was skeptical, insurance doesn’t cover it and I never heard of it but it’s a GAME CHANGER! My 10 year old son was seeing double, multiple headaches, seemed clumsy in his movements and would get crazy car sick. After 6 months of vision therapy , there’s drastic improvement! He still gets occasional headaches , but we did a 12 hour drive and he had no issues. He asked to go to tennis camp and the teacher said his hand eye coordination was fabulous. I almost cried!! I didn’t realize my son barely had peripheral vision and now he’s being complimented! He said he can absolutely tell a difference. So worth it and his quality of life. Ally and Liz are geniuses who were so sweet and worked so well with my son. Biggest thank you

Dr.Pitts and Lizzy (and the rest of the team) are amazing! Our daughter had Visual Perception Disorder and few other things that we had no clue about. We didn’t know much about VPD but a friend in a medical field suggested we visit Dr. Pitts. After several months of therapy with Lizzy my daughter’s headaches went away, words were not disappearing from the page, she can focus better in school, homework is not a chore any more and her grades improved as well. And the most importantly, her self esteem improved as well! We are thankful to the whole team and recommend them wholeheartedly. Thank you!

We love Cypress Vision Therapy! My daughter has been doing eye therapy here since February, and we have seen so much progress and improvement in her vision, fine motor skills and overall ability to see the world. We struggled for years to find the right fit for her to help with her strabismus, and we definitely think we found it here! We love Ally, Lizzie and the entire team!

I was recommended Direct Eyecare after multiple family members came here and had great service. At my appointment, Dr Nguyen took her time with me and was very thorough in the exam, explaining my options, and answering questions. The front desk assistant, Kristen, was very helpful in finding glasses that would look good on me and processing my insurance claim. I highly recommend Direct Eyecare, and I’ve recommended it to others.

I recently brought my 91 year old mother to Dr. Nguyen for an eye exam. She was very thorough and answered all my mother's questions. She also treated my mother for dry eye and gave her suggestions on how to care for this condition. I would highly recommend Dr Nguyen to family and friends.

If I could I would give it a zero. I had to return some glasses because they were irregular. I’m not sure why but they fit crooked. I just couldn’t wear. I spent about 1-2 hours trying to get it returned and the dr began talking to me sarcastically. Not very nice to elderly. Then she wanted to charge a fee for returning glasses. OMG Just don’t go there 😡😡😡😡😡

Ms Marble was so very kind and patient with me with selecting the perfect pair of frames. I returned a few weeks later and Jackie helped me to get the right fit! I will definitely be back next year!
