Routine Exams are very thorough, and the office staff are truly a Team. I absolutely loved and was very impressed with Dr Erik Newberry, how he greets every single employee and patients in the morning with a “Good Morning”. My husband and I were the first appointment scheduled on that day. Dr Erik Thank You kindly for being you! You are awesomeness!!👍👍

This is a review of just the front staff only and not reflective of any doctors here. I called in for new patient appointment and the front desk was rather reluctant to take my info since they take my vision plan, but not my medical plan. It’s just my routine annual exam for new contacts, which is covered under the vision plan. She was even more reluctant to call me back with the estimate. Moreover, I hate when places hang up abruptly without any greeting like thank you, have a nice day, or even a simple bye. First time is perhaps a fluke but second call was the same thing - rude! I guess you don’t need anymore new patients.

Great doctors and staff. Super friendly and responsive to questions and concerns. Exams are thorough and comprehensive. Dr. Newberry has a warm and caring manner to his patients.

Went to Master Eye Associates for my eye checkup on glasses prescription. They did an outstanding job of moving me through the steps and getting me fully checked out and on my way quickly, efficiently and happily. I would recommend them to anyone in need of an eye doctor for new glasses. They were fantastic!!!

I was very pleased with the service that Dr. Sidhu provided. She and her assistants were effect and answered questions about additional needs we were considering.

I absolutely love this place. Dr. Sidhu takes amazing care of me. I have been going here for about 5+ years now & the staff are all so polite & friendly as well.

Dr. Nguyen and her staff are very professional and friendly and take the time to take good care of patients. Great selection of frames, nice and clean office. I'll highly recommend it.

10/10 RECOMMEND! Dr. Nguyen is amazing! I’ve been going to eye doctors for 30 years due to my horrible eye sight and she is the absolute best. She takes her time to be thorough and truly cares about her patients. She and her staff are all so sweet and make going to the eye doctor a pleasant experience.

Dr. Boatwright was lovely but I only saw him for about 4-5 minutes and was there for almost 2 hours. I had an 8:30am appointment, spent 10 minutes finishing up my registration which I had neglected to complete online, then waited 20 minutes for a technician. The technician spent a good amount of time with me, completed all the testing, asked me all relevant questions, was obviously highly competent and also just plain nice. 😊 then I waited about 30 minutes to see Dr. Boatwright, I assume to let the dilation drops kick in. A very popular practice. Very busy. All the staff were super nice and helpful.
