This is a great ophthalmology office. All staff are courteous and professional!! Dr. Boatwright takes the time to discuss his findings and recommendations. He has a very good “bedside” manner!!

Dr Boatwright is compassionate and kind, very wise, calm and knowledgeable. His skills as a surgeon are superior and I trust him completely with my eyes and vision. I am very grateful for my laser cataract surgery.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. They were professional in the way they treated me. Dr Elliott III treated me as a person and showed concern for my overall well-being. It was a great experience, I'll be back.

Very friendly atmosphere! The whole staff from the receptionist up front , Dr Elliott, to the receptionist who checked me out was very welcoming, nice, and helpful!! I was hesitant about driving to West Ashley however so glad I did. Definitely recommend seeing Dr. Elliott and his crew!!

I love this Sam Rittenburg office. Everyone proves very friendly and professional. Dr. Elliott, doesn’t make you feel like he’s rushing. He takes time to explain everything that he’s doing and why. He’s very personable and professional at the same time. I highly recommend him.

I love Dr. Erica Juras! She is so patient and accommodating; she even allowed me to bring a toddler to my exam and worked patiently around her; giving her toys to play with while my exam went on in the same room! Simply the Best!

Dr. Juras and staff were amazing! Best optometrist I've ever been to. Very knowledgeable, kind and efficient. Latest technology at an affordable price with detailed explanations. Will definitely be recommending to everyone I know.

I called right when they opened while on vacation due to having something in my eye and bad light sensitivity. Dr. Maroun answered the phone and told me to come on in. The front desk person was friendly and helpful, and Dr. Maroun got me back right away and provided quick relief and a prescription to help speed up recovery. It was a great experience and I appreciate the prompt assistance. Eye is feeling better already!

I was an out-of-towner here on vacation. I recently had a change in medication which had a drastic change in my prescription. They took my right in did an exam and got me set up with my new prescription! I can see again! Thank you so much! Excellent staff and the Doc is great! Would highly recommend.

Cannot comment on optical aspect of this business, but the sales staff here is unprofessional and unfriendly. They do not greet you nor do they make you feel welcome. They are not competent/helpful when you are looking for a good frame fit. Employees here could use training in this area as well as with customer service skills.
