So many frames to choose from!! Bailey took the time to choose different frames for me while I was in with Dr Kerr for my exam. She made sure I left with the frames I felt most comfortable in. Dr Kerr was very nice and helpful with helping me choose the correct contact lens for my vision. He explained each option and the benefits of them. The store is set up nicely and easy to find your way through the many different frames they offer. My glasses were ready with in the time stated. Which is awesome considering all the issues with shipping these days. Dr Kerr, Bailey and Eyetique are more than 5 stars!!

I have to say a huge thank you to Dr. Baumwell at Sewickley Eye Group in Pittsburgh, Pa. for saving my eyesight! After multiple surgeries in West Virginia with Regional Eye Associates, I was left with no vision in my left eye. I surgery was scheduled in WV ; a complicated one; for the left eye, and I was scheduled for surgery on my right eye one month following. The surgery was ceremoniously canceled on me after I mentioned I knew a personal injury attorney. ( I had been with him for 20 years previously, so of course I know him!) I was then refused as a patient after they had already done 3 surgeries on the left eye! (Discrimination). Dr. Baumwell was very straightforward, had a wonderful bedside manner, and saved my sight! Something I find necessary and useful as an RNC PHD. and a jewelry designer as well! He is my hero! When I asked about the right eye that had been scheduled for surgery in WV....I was told there was nothing wrong with my right eye! Makes you go hmmmm.🤔🤔🤔🤔😡

This office is an absolute joke. I scheduled 3 appointments for my family back in Feb. 2023 forDec., 2023. I received a phone call that they had to cancel. When I called back to reschedule the appointment that THEY cancelled, I was told that they couldn't get us in until March, 2024. They are a joke and extremely incompetent and unprofessional.

I'm giving them 2 stars due to the secretaries, techs & surgery coordinator who are very kind professionals but as for Dr. Bowers I would never refer anyone to go see him. I had the most horrible experience of my life in surgery with him, I had twilight sedation so I heard everything including his tone on speaking to his staff & me. Totally unprofessional!!!

Dr. Pallan was very thorough and spent a great deal of time with my daughter and I. She explained things well to us and was very pleasant to work with. Only negative comment I have was that we did wait approximately 40 minutes to be seen for our appointment time. I was willing to be patient with the wait because our previous doctor would have us wait 2 and half to 3 hours. We will return. We were overall happy with our experience.

Easy to check in at front desk. Dr. Pallan took plenty of time to do the examination and address any questions or concerns. I've been a patient for 6 years and have been 100% satisfied with her care. Absolutely ☆☆☆☆☆ !

My visit was on time; very thorough and informative. Dr. Pallan spent time listening to my history and explained everything she was doing during the testing she performed. I recommend her highly without reservation and am very glad I found her. I got lucky with an online search and for that I am grateful!

I have been using Dr Koza for the last 3 years. Once I sat down in his chair for the very first time, I knew I was in the correct place. Dr Koza not only give you the very best exam possible, he clearly and informatively describes not only all the state of the art machines his office provides to his clients, but what they do and what they replace on conventional optical exams. He has a small fortune invested in his equipment that is included in his initial exam price. If you are in the need of an eye exam or the latest in fashion frames and lenses, then this is your one stop for all. Do not waste your time and money on any other optometrist as Dr Kim Koza is the very best in the business. You will not be disappointed.

Dr. Koza is a fantastic eye doctor. He has always been patient with my boys, even when they were very small getting their first eye exams, and they just love him. He's always professional and takes time to explain things and answer questions if we have them. The office is clean and organized, and the office staff is friendly as well.

Love Dr C. & Team! And he takes his time as I have tough astigmatism. Also well known in the community for referring to specialists when needed.

Dr, Koza has been my optometrist for over 20 years. I trust him implicitly with mine and my family's eye care. I would recommend him strongly to anyone needing an eye doctor!
