Awesome Doctor, even better person! Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about every single person I met at this office. I was very nervous to go to a new doctor and everyone made me feel so comfortable and welcome. The technology they have eliminates the need for all the tests that used to make me uncomfortable. The doctor was extremely kind and thorough and the folks in the optical office were beyond helpful and patient. I am so excited to have found this gem in Moon Township!

I have been coming here for years, since before it was "My Eye Dr". Today I had a 3pm appointment, which I knowingly arrived 45 minutes early for, and was prepared to wait. I arrived and checked in letting them know I was aware I was early. Two of the front office women told me that they hadn't even had their lunch yet (like it was an inconvenience that I was early), then said nothing. I then said that's totally fine, I'll just go wait in my car. I then get a call from the office telling me that I had just walked away, when no one was even saying anything. She then proceeded to tell me that I never confirmed my appointment, and that I was on the "over flow list" and that my appointment was taken. I said I absolutely confirmed, because someone called me to confirm and to let me know that I was eligible for an exam, but not for contact lenses. To which I said that's fine, and confirmed. She read me the notes from that confirmation call, but still said I never confirmed. I was so infuriated that I told her to cancel any and all future appointments, that I would not be coming back. I've worked for 3 doctors offices-in the front! I'd never speak to someone the way I was talked to. I'd never frown upon a patient being early. I will not be returning, even tho Dr Katherine Mirich is a sweetheart.

I just have to share our experience at My Eye Doctor Moon Township. I couldn't have asked for better customer service from Russell O'Leary and truly everyone answering phones! I was needing advice on contact lenses and pric. Russell went out of his way to make sure I understood the Precision 1 brand, the price of it and how to complete our rebate. The staff there is just fantastic and this will be my new place for yearly appointments and materials!

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to write about my experience at Eger Eye Group. It is OUTSTANDING practice! Efficient, kind, courteous, and great at their jobs. I wish all of my experiences at medical facilities could be like this. They have been great for the 11 years that my family has been going there. We feel lucky to have them in our lives. Thank you to all of the doctors and staff.

I had an eye issue, and they got me in quickly the same day I called, very friendly and professional staff. Spoke to me one on one showed interest in care. Explained the results at the findings and follow up. Great office great staff.

There's no other Eye Group that I would go to. The Eger's have been my Doctor's since the late 70's. The staff is friendly and attentive. Dr. Noah is just the best! I highly recommend the EGER Eye Group.

Doctor Duffy is the best! I've had regular exams with him, and he is treating me for shingles. He has been highly knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in treating the shingles. Dr Duffy and his staff are super friendly and attentive. I highly recommend him and the My Eye Doctor (Newtown, Pheasant run) office.

Doctor Duffy is amazing! We were there for the first time this Friday at the Newtown office and we will definitely be returning. Dr. Duffy was very informative, patient, kind and knowledgeable. It is very nice to experience a Doctor that was very caring and the staff is also great!!!!

My son, daughter, and I all had our eyes checked by Dr. Gordeuk at Costco. She is very pleasant, helpful, and efficient. I was interested in getting computer glasses and she explained very clearly the pros and cons. The kids both got contacts. Highly recommended.
