I asked about a concern with the script and about eye chart. She then asked what my job was. I do not think that is right. unprofessional never again will I see her.

This man has no bedside manner or apparent concern for his patients - he neither listens nor cares to answer questions. He's rough and always in a hurry.

Great experience! Loved the opticians, loved the receptionist, and loved the doctor! Everyone was so nice and helpful and I found the perfect pair of glasses for such a reasonable price! Will be coming here whenever I have any optical needs!

I started coming to Design for Vision when I moved here a few years ago and I’ve loved them everytime I go! The staff is helpful finding frames that suit me and my style while also ensuring that my contacts best suit my eye issues! Called the Newtown office number twice and left a message to try and set up an appointment and they never called me back. I had an eye infection and needed to see a specialist. Dr Lawless my primary recommended them and I will follow up with their office about my experience. I wasted 2 days waiting for them to contact me and eventually went elsewhere. A physician's office that does not return calls is of no value.

The doctors and the technology is good. However the office staff is horrible, lazy, and rude. When trying to get our daughter new glasses they refused to look up her insurance and told us to get a new doctor. Then when we called back to discuss this with the office manager, they transfered us to a voicemail. Done with these rude people.

I've been a patient of Dr. Beyer's for over 30 years. I can't imagine a more professional and competent Dr.'s office for eye care.
