Go anywhere but here. I ordered $485 Gucci glasses in early September and my order has been messed up TWICE and still isn’t correct. I wanted simple transition lenses in my glasses and I told Dr. Michael at my first visit on September 3rd. When my order arrived 2 weeks later my glasses were wrong and didn’t transition. The doctor said he would fix the issue. 3 weeks later and my new lenses are still wrong and don’t transition! This time Dr. Michael tried blaming me saying that I never ordered transition lenses- despite the fact that I already PAID for them and have a receipt proving this. Dr. Michael literally disregarded the receipt and continued to blame me saying I didn’t order transition lenses. Don’t go to Broomall Eyecare! The doctor obviously needs to get his own eyes checked so I wouldn’t trust him examining anyone’s eyes!

Good pricing, dr takes time with you and explains everything. Very impressed this is the first eye doctor in five years I could get bifocal contacts at work for me!

"Dr. Casado was absolutely amazing!!! This was my first visit with her and I was put completely at ease just from her presence. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about optometry and it shows! Sooooo sweet and friendly! She made me feel like a person of whom she was invested in, and not just a patient she was receiving compensation to treat. I am in my 40's and I don't believe I have ever had someone be so thorough with an eye examination. I have some minor things going on with my eyesight, but again, she put me at ease with how simple she broke things and explained the options for me to think about. She is the sweetest Dr I have ever encountered. Her energy is so bubbly, she is so welcoming and kind (not nice, like she’s a genuinely kind person). It was a pleasure to be seen by her. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit.

My experience at Pine Vision Care was excellent. I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist/technician and was promptly taken back for my eye exam. Dr. Zyrina used the latest technology, was thorough, addressed my concerns and explained everything. The technician picked out a selection of frames she thought would look good on me and she and Dr. Zyrina helped me chose a pair. The office has an upscale boutique vibe and they went above and beyond to serve me.

Love Dr Zyrina! Very efficient, on point, respectful, great personality, and her staff is great! Their new office is lovely, and the state-of-the-art equipment is amazing! I like being able to have a Dr. who is always willing to listen and give me input. My 2 children and I see Dr. Zyrina and they love her as much as I do. They felt comfortable getting their eyes checked and were not afraid at all.

I love the new location, even closer to my house. Excellent service, very knowledgeable and polite staff. Glasses with neurolens are my saviors due to working on the laptop all day long, adjustments are made to my prescription after the visit and then glasses are shipped directly to my house, love the client oriented service. My kids loved their eye exam with Dr. Zyrina, attentive, explaining each step of the process and educating them on importance of eye exams and eye health in general. I recommend Pine Visión Care for your next eye exam!

Dr. Nissen is incredibly nice and patient. You can really tell she cares about her patients. She answers all of my questions, and all of the staff are so welcoming! Wide selection of frames, the optician is really helpful and fun to pick out glasses with.

Dr. Nissan makes every appointment pleasant and professional. I haven't asked a question that has stumped her yet. My family and I have been with her for several years.

Wonderful experience! Dr. Sarah Nissen is very warm and down to earth, as well as the front office staff. I will certainly be back for my next exam and for lenses. Highly recommend!
