Phenomal cust srvce, warm & welcoming energy and they're always trying to meet your needs AND exceed them! 10/10 would recommend! I recently had to buy glasses and was really nervous about the process. The owner made the process incredibly easy. He helped me set up an eye exam and he helped me pick out a pair of glasses... which would have been a stressful decision for me to make on my own! He was very efficient, and very knowledgable. You can tell he has a lot of experience in this field. I would highly recommend this place to my friends!

Owner talked me into progressive lenses saying they've improved immensely over the years. They haven't. I was also talked into "no glare" lenses. The glare is worse with them. Even though I had good insurance and brought my old frames, the bill was still $200. Never again.

Come to see Jolie and her technicians. They do very good job on my brows. I look much younger and more confident. Highly recommend this place. Great customer service!

This was my first time getting eyelash extensions and Chloe did an amazing job on them! It looks so natural and feel light weight! They know what is best for your eyes!

I recently visited Marchese Opticians with a busted frame, two good lenses, and faint hope that the lenses could be fitted to a new frame. Diana helped me realize this hope by offering the very solution that I sought, and then mobilizing her team to get the job done. Within two hours of waling into the shop, the lenses were adapted to a new frame-, saving me considerable time and expense. I am all the more impressed since the glasses were purchased in another state where I had previously resided. Let me add that I felt highly valued as a customer throughout the process, and observed other happy customers during my visit. I join the ranks of the happy, and will be returning foe new eye-ware needs.

I stopped in here over the weekend to see if they could help tighten up a pair of expensive sunglasses I bought since they kept slipping off my nose. I did not purchase them from Marchese, but figured maybe they could tell me if it was even possible to adjust them. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. They immediately helped me, no questions asked, and made sure they adjusted them fitted to my face the way I liked. On top of that, they also cleaned them and didn't charge me a thing! I have bought readers from here before and received the same service then. I highly recommend this store to anyone who needs glasses.

Simply the best ! Generational family business with the personal touch that is lacking in this world. I’ve been a customer since I was a boy at St. Dots and got my first pair of glasses ever. Going ever since (40 years or so) Great personal service. Quality products, very accommodating on repair work that u may need or adjustments. I will never go anywhere else. Love supporting the “mom and pop “ stores that are the true fabric of our country. Keep up the great work ! 😎

Our whole family comes here including our 9 year old son. They have been very attentive to our family’s needs and very knowledgeable. Friendly and fast service! Got a great pair of glasses from the varied selection they have in store. They are also open Saturdays. We won’t go anywhere else and highly recommend Broomall Eye Care!
