Great experience. Dr. Schechter is thorough and took the time to answer all of my questions. The office staff is helpful and they have a great selection of glasses.

I am writing for a friend of mine who is not very computer savvy but desperately wanted to write a review for Dr. Brown. Bernice had such a great experience from start to finish. From her initial appointment Ms Bernice knew she was in great hands. Dr. Brown's ENTIRE staff were so wonderful. She was a nervous wreck about her surgery but was put at ease immediately. She can not say enough how wonderful the day of surgery was. Dr. Brown called herself to check in on Ms Bernice after surgery as well as the nurses. Such a great experience!! She deserves 5 time 100 stars!!!

Dr. Brown was wonderful. I came in after having tried, and failed, and contacts years before. Dr. Brown reassured me that she'll see me through to getting them in - and out! And she did, too. I'm now a happy contact lenses wearer.

Dr. brown is marvelous doctor and a nice person. Her support staff is efficient and pleasant.

Worse patient physician interaction we ever experienced. We were told to sign discharge instructions without explanation or seeing the instructions PRIOR to surgery. Eye drop prescriptions sent to pharmacy did not match what was on the discharge sheets handed to us post-op, again without review. Took hours to get prescriptions straightened out. We were not prepared at all for what yo expect post-operatively. Numerous follow up visits required. Dr Dale was very annoyed with answering any questions, stated "too difficult to explain and for us to understand". If that wasn't frustrating enough, the last appt scheduled we waited 75 minutes and when inquired how much longer were told 3 people ahead of us and it would be another hour. We had to leave due to another appt to follow. Received call the next day from Dr Dale and told we would not have had to wait an hour. Insisted to come in for follow up appt and said staff was wrong in giving that information. Was extremely stressful experience from admission through discharge. On a positive note it appears the surgery was successful.

I just spent 2 1/2 hours on that office for 5 minutes with Dr. Dale . i used to think she was great now not somuch She did a scan of my right eye and when i asked how it was all she said was not bad . She did not relate the reason for the scan . I have had trabeculotomy surgery for glaucoma in my right eye twice . After the first in 2020 the pressure was too low. But she waited a long time before suggesting a revision . i had a revision in December of 2022 first operation was 2020. She wants to do it again . i cannot see out of my right eye clearly can’t read with my right eye . the pressure is still leaking out . She spent less than 5 minutes discussing a 3rd surgery . i would recommend find another doctor . If something didn’t work the doctor shouldn’t make you feel bad or be abrupt with you because you ask questions . i feel very uncomfortable and she refused to discuss headaches i’ve been having or my left eye at all . i used to think she was great now that i had so many abrupt visits . makes me feel bad . I a have a disability and she just. refuses to treat me because i cannot have surgery before i can move my hand to apply the patch . She was nastier the. any doctors inhave ever seen and sent me to another doctor Isnw ruined my vision and won’t take responsibility for it . told me this is t working and sent me on my way with a stitch falling out of my eye she sweara wasn’t there inhad the same thin last month she corrected She should not practice

Recently went to the vision works on City ave. Customer service was wonderful and good customer service is hard to find. My glasses came back much sooner than expected that was a nice surprise. I don't know the young lady's name that assisted me when I was choosing the frame, etc but she really knows her stuff. She was great. She also helped me get what was best for me. I don't want to get her in trouble but it happened to be cheaper. However the lens was a better choice for me, I struggled a little with the other type of lens I had previously. I appreciate someone being more concerned about the customer than making a quick buck. I love my glasses and can see! They also have a nice selection. The woman that gave me my glasses at pick up was great also. She made sure everything was good to go before I left.

My sons and I have been coming to the Bala Cynwyd Visionworks. Dr. Kim is very thorough and the staff are friendly and helpful, especially Monica! The prescription glasses come back quickly. The one time there was an error, it was quickly rectified. They take insurance. I do miss some high end brand frames they used to carry but you can bring in any frames, which I sometimes do.

This location has wonderful staff. They are all friendly. Monica is still a wonderful person and her employees are great.Dr. Timothy is a doctor who listen to you. I recommend this location definitely.

I Thank GOD for Dr.Russin ,my eye sight was getting unclear and my glasses was not helping I needed CATARACT surgery on both eyes but what I really like about Dr. Russin he let you know EVERYTHING even things that could go wrong .long story short I know longer need glasses I can see clearly NOW Thank You So MUCH Dr. Russin.
