I've been a patient for awhile. I recently had an emergency and called them and they were able to see me very quickly. Everyone I interacted with, from the front desk to the assistant who took vital information to the doctor was affable, professional, and reassuring. I would, and have, recommend this practice to others. Thanks for the great service!

Bela Eye Care is a smooth, professional operation. Easy parking and they comfortable waiting room. The Support staff is always smiling and very accommodating. Dr. Keith Mathers is a blessing to have as my ophthalmologist. My cataract procedure’s final visit shows that I have 20/20 vision and a healthy normal eye.

This location has an irreplaceable gem who goes by the name of Niq. When my family was faced with a difficult situation regarding replacement glasses for an absentminded teenager, Niq went above & beyond to help us & far exceeded our expectations. We are so grateful for her, her patience, kindness & understanding. I hope corporate will see how much of an asset she is to this company & never ever let her go. Thank you so very much!!!

I ordered glasses on November 3rd. It’s December 9th and they never called to let me know they’re in. I got designer glasses so they’re expensive. A guy named Urrie answered the phone at the store and had an attitude with me. Never told me why they didn’t call to let me know they’re in. Terrible service.

This was the absolute best eye appointment I’ve ever had. Niq was just amazing. So knowledgeable, kind, caring, honest, helpful and most importantly personable. She definitely went above and beyond to help. Her personality totally brightened my whole day. Thank you Niq! See you soon for pick up!

Have worked with Dr. O’Rourke’s office for years and love it! Just had my yearly appointment with Dr. Waddel and she was professional, thorough, and friendly. Even answered some off-the-cuff questions I had about the inside of the eye when we were looking at my eye scan pictures. Excellent work.

Just got home from this office and very angry and displeased. My husband and I both had appointments, and wrote the incorrect time in our calendar by 20 minutes off for the one appointment. We were 15 minutes late for the first appointment, and were told one of us could not be seen because we were late. The office receptionist was not kind to us at all; very rude. There were no other patient's in the waiting room...not a one, and no other patient's even arrived to the office for their appointment until 40 minutes after we got there. Office staff were all sitting in a back room; not busy!! We have been going to this office for years. When I called to tell them why we would not be back. I was told Dr. O'Rourke's policy is he will not see patients if they are 20 minutes or more late. We were 15 minutes late. Really!? Very bad patient/customer service. Do not recommend this office...no grace periods given. I have never wrote a bad review before this one; this is how disappointed and angry I am. Very disappointed Lynn Holzemer

Sharon and her team are great. My kids were happy and comfortable during their exams and had fun getting to pick from the wide selection of frames. They were actually excited about getting glasses! And the new office is beautiful and easy to get to.

I had two visits with the same doctor, he obviously did not look at my chart from the first visit. My final impression is they pushed me through and didn’t help me at all. I’m guessing because they weren’t seeing the problem, it was not of the easy money category. Overall experience was very disappointing. Happy to see other had a good experience. My problem will need to be addressed by REAL doctors

Everyone that had a part in the process was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. It was like a well oiled machine. Everyone had their job and they all did it well So all the information was ultimately there for Lisa to see before she came in to give me a diagnosis and tell me what I needed. I was very impressed and grateful that I didn’t need surgery. Thank you so much!!🙂

I have nothing but good things to say about my appointment... Everything went well, I got there and waited only 5 minutes before I started getting tested which was very thorough. I do have one complaint... The woman who scheduled my eye surgery appointments was such in a hurry. She did not explain anything but gave me a booklet to figure things out on my own I'm assuming. Told me how expensive it would be, told me to call another company who would allow me to make payments and sent me on my way.. she had my head scattered. Also. Please tell patients to bring sunglasses. I got drops in both eyes and when I walked outside I was blinded by the light and could not see a thing. If they're not going to tell you to bring sunglasses they should at least offer the cheap plastic pair to enable us to see when we leave... That was horrible!!!
