I have been a patient of Dr.Mekel for quite a few years. He is always very through. explains everything he is doing and answers any questions I have. He is an excellent doctor

Dr. Mekel gave me a thorough examination, providing explanations of each step of the exam. Both he and his assistant were polite and friendly. The office staff was very professional as well.

I really liked Dr. Mekel. He seems to care, and takes his time to explain if you have any questions. One thing that I don't like with many eye doctors is how I get rushed when they switch lenses, asking which is better, and I often feel their impatience if I take an extra second to think about it. But Dr. Mekel did not give me the impression that he was rushing me through it. I appreciated this so much!

Terrible! I was told my insurance only covered a smaller dollar amount then what I'm actually covered for. The glasses are NOT authentic. Gucci is NOT made in China 🤦🏾‍♀️ What they attempted to charge me 400+ dollars for I got at VisionWorks for 25.00 because MY INSURANCE COVERED IT ALL! …

They have an awesome selection of frames for every budget! The staff was very helpful and weren't pushy just to get a sale. Thank you!

Been going here for 7 years! Doctor is amazing and personable. He takes his time with each patient, asking all of my questions. Love him!

I don't usually give negative reviews. Doctors are taking much time for you. But somehow, the prescriptions did not work for me. The first order of near-side glasses came 4 weeks later, not 2 weeks as they said. If you want a half-frame they use thick lenses without noticing you beforehand. It did not provide clear vision, as well. In the second order which was bifocal, it came with a very small size of near-side lens (without saying how size it will be) with which you barely see half of your phone screen and it just works for a couple of inch range. With that range I cannot see the screen of the phone from the phone holder in the car or I cannot use it for a laptop. The far side lens of the bifocal glasses does not better than my own eyes, as well. Would be better to see welcoming, smiling faces, and at least having a reply to your thanks.

Im sad to hear so many bad reviews..I've been sending my kids here for years and never had a problem..Everyone is very friendly and my son is very careless with his glasses and they replace them with no problem the pick up system is kinda messed up cause I'm not off on pick up days. I think they need to change that back to when they come in but other than that I Love them....and all there glasses came back in a week..

I loved it there i got my eyes exam here . They was very nice , the place was very neat clean and professional. They also performed a diabetes eyes test and showed me my results. Even the doctor him self was awesome.

My first time at Olympus vision and all staff were amazing. Freddy was so friendly and helpful. He does takes his time to get the best for customers. I appreciate that a lot. Thank you!
