Dr. Terry is so thorough in his examinations. He is also kind and gentle with patients, especially those with fears and anxiety of eye drops. We always have a great experience.

Dr Laura was great very thorough and explained everything very well, then Josiah spent time with me picking the perfect frames and helped me pick 2 glasses. I will definitely be back and send friends and family.. thanks again

Tony and Charlene are wonderful! They are always patient and kind with my daughter when we need to fix or update her glasses, and the turnaround time is usually quicker than expected. I love the $20 a pair glasses protection plan! My daughter is super active and we have had to replace frames a few times over the years. The protection plan has saved our family from spending hundred of dollars in new frames! I would recommend this place to everyone.

While Dr. Kamath is an excellent doctor, his office staff is most difficult to deal with and does not do justice to his otherwise fine work. I have left his practice for this reason.

I had both cataract eye surgeries performed by Dr Echols and I was extremely pleased. He covered each procedure, thoroughly before and during the surgeries. Excellent results. Staff was professional, helpful, friendly. Highly recommend.

I have been a customer for 20 years, getting two pairs of glasses each year. Last week I took a pair of frames that I had from a previous year that I wanted my current prescription lenses put in. My prescription was done at America's Best. I paid $350 for the lenses. Two days later I received a call the lab had broke my frames. America's Best solution to this issue was for me to buy another frame. What kind of business practice is this. If I had wanted to buy new frames, I would have. I loved the frames I had given them, hence the reason I wanted my current prescription put in these particular frames. They have discontinued this frame. The Manager at the Clocktower Square, West Des Moines, Iowa office was not willing to work with me. She said if you don't want to buy another frame then we will refund the $350. No sorry for the inconvenience. She blamed it on me for giving them "old frames". Which they were in excellent condition otherwise I would not have spent $350 on lenses to put into these frames. I wanted by frames back and she said I would have to come into the store and get them. I live 1 hour from the store and I declined. I asked for the frames to be mailed and the refund back to my CC. We will see how this turns out. I will never buy from America's Best again. Sad, been there for 20 years. New Manager has poor customer service skills. I have been going to Dr. Savko for a number of years now. She’s not only professional, but also friendly and personable. She has a wonderful way of explaining what she is doing during the exam as well as responding to any questions I may have. Her staff are lovely as well. Highly recommend.

Dr Woodham is friendly and professional. Moreover he always gets my prescription correct everytime which means no return trips to the eye doctor. I highly recommend him!
