My daughter rated this a 10/10 experience. This was her first eye exam and she felt really cared for. We were in and out within an hr. Highly recommend if you need an appointment asap and would like to receive high quality care.

Dr Jahnle is the best. He takes pride in his work makes you feel relaxed. He is a very smart Dr and I feel secure with everything he says. All of the staff is nice and friendly. I wish every Dr and their staff was the same. I would never want to go to any other place.

Nicest people. Super patient with me and took care of all my concerns. Had to jump through hoops with insurance but they were there to take care of everything for me.

I have been to the office several times for myself. I have seen Dr. Krespan and I have been more than happy with her expertise. Today, however, I tried to make an emergency appointment for my husband who really needed to be seen today. After waiting a good ten minutes, mostly on hold, trying to request an Emergency appointment with any of the doctors at any location, I was told sorry, tomorrow is the earliest he could be seen. Seriously???? for an emergency for an eye issue? Yes, he could go to hospital emergency room, but we all know what a process that is, and emergency rooms routinely will send you to eye specialist anyway. You don't mess with your eyes. So much for their so called emergency service. Very, Very disappointed!!!!!

Dr. Angela D’Alonzo is the greatest!! I trust her so much with my eyes. Top notch service and treatment. I won’t see anybody else !!! She is a proper professional in every way. As soon as you walk in and see the inevitable food network show on the waiting area tv, you know you’re receiving the best care possible.

I have the best experience every time I go to my visits or call the office.They are polite take time to explain you any questions. Great staff in there...

My office visit was great. Then trying to get my information sent to my doctor for blood work was a horrible experience. Went to the Doctor on the 11th. Still have not received my records. Was supposed have been faxed and mailed still have not received any faxes or mail to my Doctor. .I have to get my paperwork myself after waiting two weeks for the run around. Claims the Fax machine iwas unable to go thru. Mailed but never received. POOR Customer Service.

I guess Dr. Major got desperate for money once the pandemic hit, because she billed me for services I did not receive. Judging from the other reviews, it’s clear I’m not only one who experienced this. It was a nightmare going back and forth with her rude and disrespectful office staff and my insurance regarding this billing issue. It’s a shame that Dr. Major wanted to switch up because of the pandemic, you can’t bill patients for services they didn’t receive just because you are having financial issues! She WAS a good doctor prior to this issue, but this has turned me off from seeing her again. If you don’t want to get ripped off, avoid Dr. Major.

I love Eye Innovations and it's staff. They are professional and very friendly. Dr. Major is not only concern about people eyes, she is also concerned about their overall health. She always gives brilliant suggestions that leads to better health and eye health. I love it there!

I love my billiard glasses. I bought mine 2 years ago. From day one I could tell the difference. To actually see the object ball crystal clear. I have a number of people ask me about them and recommend them to Curran opticians. There 2 people in my league who have gotten them from my recommendation! Thanks Bill Curran you have made billiards fun again!
