Dr. Galante is great! He really knows his stuff. I never thought I'd need glasses, but when I did and came to his office, he really made me feel comfortable. He didn't keep me waiting either, which I really appreciated.

Receptionist Anna and the person who did our initial evaluation were very friendly and professional. The main attraction Ofcourse was Dr Bacotti who always provides very thorough and wonderful care each time. It’s always such a pleasure to see him .

Totally Professional, Office & support Staff do an Outstanding Job and are Attentive and accommodating. Doctor who is ultimately responsible is seen Last after All Pertaining information is collected.(Tests & Annalise) This was our initial visit and we were impressed. Little Lag Time. Recommended.

Affordable, quick, reliable, and they do a great job. This office is run/staffed by a husband & wife, and they exemplify the best aspects of local businesses - excellent service without feeling rushed, no pushy upselling, fair prices, and a fast turnaround time. And they're also just really nice people. If you have a difficult prescription, like an astigmatism or anything requiring a prism, I highly recommend you come here. Dr. Ni was able to figure out an accurate prescription for me after one of the big chains got it wrong, and she was very sweet. She also took the time to explain everything to me. Michael handles the front desk, cutting and inserting lenses, and adjusting the glasses. He also did a really great job, including helpful suggestions about frames (which ones will hold up best if traveling somewhere they may get bounced around a lot, frames for smaller faces, etc). The office/equipment looks brand new, and they have a good variety of frames in stock, including some very affordable ones.

It was easy to make an appointment. The store front faces the parking lot in the back, which has ample parking, even with February snow. Dr. Ni and her staff took proper precautions to ensure that everything was clean, as I saw that they wipe down EVERYTHING in between patients, including glasses that I tried on but ultimately didn't purchase. During COVID, they were properly masked up and only had one patient at a time. Dr. Ni answered all of my questions and was very professional. I highly recommend Dr. Ni and this practice :)

Dr. Ni and the staff at Glen Cove Eye Care are the best! My eye exam was very thorough, and Dr. Ni took the time to answer all of my questions. All of the equipment she used seemed very state of the art and her expertise was greatly appreciated. She made a recommendation for a different type of contact lenses due to some issues I was having, and it worked out great! I also got a new pair of glasses, which Michael (at the front desk) helped me pick out after trying on many frames to find the perfect ones. The level of care, professionalism, product selection, and pricing are all excellent!

Just got a pair of progressive lenses, and I'm amazed at the quality. The eye exam was quick and painless. Kudos to the good staff!
