Unfortunately I can't remember the girls name who helped me pick out my frames she was very courteous with me until the very end. She definitely gets 5 stars from me. I have been bringing my entire family here for the last four years. Since coming here, I have experienced nothing less than great customer service and an optometrist who is well-versed in his field of expertise while also being knowledgeable about his patients;s occupations, likes, dislikes, etc. He certainly knows how to build a rapport. He only recommends lenses that are absolutely necessary. Although the prescription may be written for the small concerns, he is clear about whether or not they are His assistants are all kind and honest, which are great traits to possess when dealing with the public on a regular basis. Thanks for all you do.

Very efficient and pleasant staff. Took plenty of time to explain things and felt I got a thorough exam. They have specific staff to administer each different test so they are experts in that area. Dr Alder was very knowledgeable and did a great job on my cataract surgery I am typing this with no glasses on!!!

I had an outstanding experience at Bayside Family Eyecare! The customer service was top-notch from start to finish. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure I found the perfect pair of glasses. They took the time to explain the different lens options and helped me pick a frame that suited my face shape and style. They even adjusted the glasses on-site to ensure a perfect fit. I highly recommend this optical store for anyone in need of new glasses or contacts. They truly exceeded my expectations!

Carter Eye Center is one of the best places in Dallas to get your eyes checked. They have such great doctors and some of the friendliest staff. Very informative and helpful, staff is very attentive to a patient’s needs. Would definitely recommend to anyone that is looking for a great eye doctor.

Obviously very short staffed and lots of customers. The 3 guys working were still very welcoming to everyone who walked in the door. Tom was patient and answered all of our questions while answering the phone and greeting newcomers. Doc was fun, quick, and informative- best I've had in a long time. Even when entitled ladies got impatient and rude, they kept their cool. Thanks for being good humans! Will definitely return

16yr old surgery was suppose to be morning time which was clarified even when the date was changed in advance. Changed time from morning until 3:30 arrive @1:30pm bc they stated he was an add in. It’s almost 5 and still no surgery. I really dislike that he had to start going here bc of his condition. Professionalism, Pt Care, and Customer Service should never be a concern.

Lisa and her staff are warmly professional. They take their time with you and never make you feel rushed. I would recommend her service to anyone needing eye care.

I'm making a review regarding my mother Emily R. she was a good candidate for the new RX Sight Light Adjustable lens. All I could say is the staff was amazing the techs treated my mom so sweet keeping her warm and comfortable. Dr. Montgomery and Dr. Dugan are the best! They did an excellent job, my mother was seeing 20/20 even before the adjustments were done. She is on top of the moon. Walking out they were calling her a Rock Star!! They were the Rock Stars thank you so much. Brenda

Dr. Hu and her technician were OUTSTANDING. They made the process so calming and explained everything. It really made me feel at ease since this was the first time I’ve ever had any kind of medical procedure done. It was so much better than I thought and it was all due to Dr Hu and her amazing technician. So glad I was able to have them perform my CXL procedure.
