The Dr. was very nice, polite, and professional. Altogether the visit was pleasant, but the person at the front desk did screw up my contact order, and I actually had to pay more than what was originally quoted. As a retail manager, I work extra hard to make sure mix-ups like that don't happen, so I was a little disappointed. I understand that working with various insurance providers can be complicated so, still 4 stars.

I received an excellent exam of my eyes yesterday. Dr. McPherson and her staff made sure I was taken care of through every part of my exam explaining as we go.

I scheduled an appointment for my 3 year with her on short notice due to a lazy eye and Dr. Karen McPherson was very thorough and amazing!! We are so appreciative

Waiting to see the doctor after the long preliminary checks would be my main comment. Have seen Doctor McPherson previously and she is very nice and does a complete exam.

My visit for a checkup was just fine. The doctor was fine, and the support team was fine. When my $600+ glasses arrived, it was a different story. They could never get them to work. Most of the time it was that the focus area was way off to one side or the other. I made 5 visits, I believe, to get them straightened out. On the last visit I really think they just put in the lenses from a prior visit. After that was a fail, I decided I had spent enough time and effort attempting to get the $600+ glasses corrected and I asked to return them. They said they would have to check with the doctor. I received a call stating they would compensate me for 50% of the cost of the glasses and told me to come pick up the check (yep make another visit) or have it mailed. After two months, I realized they were not going to mail it. I went to the office and they dug through their filing system (the two junk drawers between the two seats at the counter) rifling through folders and looking under lunch menus to find my 50% check. Overall, I was let down by the experience, and don't believe I will pay more stupid-tax at this establishment. I didn't expect that I would be on the hook for the EYE DOCTOR not being able to get the glasses to work for the customer.

My family has been going here for our eye care and glasses since we moved here in 2014. They are professional, quick and patient! They also are very knowledgeable with insurance and get the best price. Great frame selection. We have had lenses damaged and they had a replacement quickly. I highly recommend this location!

My wife and I have been patients at Springboro Vision Center for 13 years. We have always been treated very well. We have had routine exams, "no-notice" we have a problem visits and obtained contacts and eyeglasses--all with superb treatment and five star results. Dr Hampton and her team are focused on our care. The office staff is efficient and courteous. Overall, highly recommend this team for all of your eye-care needs. 9/10/2018, another solid visit with the Springboro Vision Center. Thanks
