Love Opticare. So professional and most importantly caring. Dr Mayloff is excellent and takes the time to hear your concerns and answer questions. My mom is elderly and they take their time with her and help her to have the most optimal visits too! Can't say enough good positive things about them. Down to the team that helps with selection of frames. Nice to be treated so well.

Dr. Platt is very considerate to my concerns. He explained the good and bad of the procedure. Most of all his level of empathy resonates most with me. Took the time to understand how I felt and what his team could do for me.

Friendly professional quality eye care! I had purchased eyeglasses at my eye doctor's office. They were never right. They cost hundreds more. I stopped at Costco Optical and talked with Virginia. She took several measurements, I ordered the glasses and within 6 days I had a pair of glasses that worked and fit perfectly for about $200.

Everyone is very nice but we waited 45 minutes for our eye appt. What’s the point of scheduling a time if it’s pushed that far forward?

You simply cannot beat being a club member and I have good eye insurance. The free eye appointments for 1 year, reduced pricing on contacts and glasses and more. The staff is friendly and professional. The optometrist is clearly well trained and made me feel comfortable with my care. He even offered to refer me to a specialist for my poor vision. I highly recommend this establishment for your eye care needs.

Service beyond expectation! I am a regular customer at AB, and a frequent visitor. I bend, brake, crush, smudge and pop my frames and lenses, and the staff always kindly and carefully get me back in operation. They are always friendly and helpful, and take the time to do everything they can to make my situation right. They have earned a devoted customer.
