Dr. Ashraf and his staff are wonderful people - truly the friendliest and most patient group of medical providers I’ve ever encountered. He spent significant time with me making sure I understood all that Lasik entails from the procedure itself to the post-op experiences, and truly made me so comfortable both during the procedure and afterwards. The procedure went really well, and the staff are people I look forward to seeing each time I come back to be checked. They turned a very nerve wracking decision into something I would recommend to anyone - thank you so much, Atlanta Vision Institute team!

Dr. Ashraf is an accomplished surgeon with a wonderful "bedside manner", both of which are so important for us scaredy cats!! I had the worst eyesight for as long as I can remember, very steep astigmatisms, very near-sighted, and problems with close-up reading. Dr. Ashraf fixed all of it in one go, giving me the very precious gift of crisp, clear vision with no more need for glasses or contacts. Amazing. The overall experience was wonderful, Dr. Ashraf and his staff are caring, supportive and very willing to adjust to whatever needs you have. I highly recommend Dr. Ashraf to anyone thinking about corrective eye surgery!!

I recently had LASIK done by Dr Ashraf and my experience from the initial consultation to post-op has been amazing!! He has the best energy & personality which helps you feel so relaxed & comfortable, instead of being nervous. His entire team has been wonderful to work with and helped make the process a breeze. They get high marks for the best customer service! I highly recommend using Atlanta Vision Institute for your next eye surgery.

The practice is beautiful with extensive eyewear options. The support staff of the Dr.’s are thorough and professional as they doing the pre-exam procedures. And our Eye doctor, Dr. Eric Smith was also very thorough and explained every test he preformed. Easy to understand and just a great exam!

Dr. Smith is the best and his office staff rocks also. Had a routine appointment scheduled later this month but lost my glasses and his staff worked wonders on getting me in. Dr. Smith, along with Drs Sellers and Briggs are very thorough and care about your health also. We are so fortunate to have this practice in our area.

Dr Sellers has been my doctor for over 15 years. She is very professional and comprehensive with her exam and testing. The staff is top notch. Always kind, friendly and detailed in explaining the various tests. As your eyes age it is imperative to stay consistent with your eye health. It’s not just about glasses. Their depth of knowledge and advice is beyond visual. Thanks you Briggs Eye Care team!!!

Dr kristen first delayed the appointment by 20 mins , I reached there and after 10 mins gotta know that she is still 20 min out. No professionalism or courtesy to let the patient know. I will rather find another optometrist.

Came here a couple different times, both for medical issues related to my eye (some sort of infection/irritation). Dr. Bender was very accommodating to the urgency of my medical concerns/discomfort, very friendly, and informative at the appointments. Would definitely recommend her office!
