I had no idea how bad my eyes got over the years. I went to Doctor Ouellette and he repacked both lens in my eyes. I can see like I was a young man again. The staff at Bristol Eye Associates is warm and friendly and Doctor Ouellette is the most outstanding friendly doctor I have ever met.

I have gone to Dr Robinson my whole adult life. I don't think there could be any other Dr. That could give a more professional or more thorough eye exam. I would highly recommend him to anyone !

Other than the fact that Dr. was a little late for my appointment (he's always running a little behind), the visit was great. Very thorough and took a reasonable amount of time considering everything they do during my exams. I have been going to Dr. Robinson for years now and I wouldn't even consider changing. Techs and Office folks very friendly and helpful. The best.

My experience with this office could have been a lot better. I have never had my eyes dilated and was actually expecting my eye exam to be completely different. The employees of this office did not tell me anything about the appointment nor did they make me aware I would not be able to see after! Apparently when you have your eyes dilated you can’t drive yourself and you cannot see. I wish they would have told me to have a driver and to also bring sunglasses. They allowed me to leave the facility knowing I did not have a driver after having my eyes dilated and did not even have the decency to offer me any disposable sunglasses. I am very disappointed about my experience here since I have never had this done in my whole adult life. I could not see the slightest bit when I left there, almost walked into the glass doors because it was so bright and my eyes hurt. And I had to be at work after. And yes I had to drive!!! How is this even legal???

I've been seeing Dr. Himmelstein for years and I've never thought to write a review. She's amazing! I went to another eye doctor for my daughter this past year because her school suggested it and that doctor told me that Dr. Himmelstein was retiring! Which wasn't the case but, I believed her and set an appointment with them instead. My script was wrong so I immediately called Dr. Himmelstein. She is the only doctor I will trust with my vision and will be transferring my daughter too to her. She remembers me every time I walk through that door. I see her more than my own PCP. If you're looking for an eye doctor, look no further. She's the best in Bristol, CT!!

Dr. Himmelstein is very knowledgeable and has a good repore with her clients. The office is kept very clean and the staff professional and helpful.

My entire family of 4 has been going to Dr. Himmelstein for the past 6 years and we couldn't be happier with our choice. Dr. Himmelstein knows her stuff, is very through, and takes the time to explain what's going on with your eyes.

Got two new glasses. I scratched one and went back for warranty. Ordering a replacement was so easy. The team in Bristol is amazing. They are so friendly and helpful. Thank you Minerva and Rachael!

I have used this location for several years. Dr. Turro is great, the Lenscrafter staff is great. My problem is, no one on the eye doctor’s side ever answers the phone or returns phone calls when you leave messages. My Dr.’s tried for months to get the results of my eye exam. I’m not sure what’s going on there, but it’s frustrating and I’m looking for another eye care provider. It’s too bad. I really like Dr. Turro and will miss the excellent service he has provided through the years. If they could get that receptionist situation straight, I would give them 5 stars.

Went to LensCrafters in Bristol after hitting a few other glasses places for help…. Wow! Thank you to Bob for your help fixing my glasses! When it’s been a day and then you’re hit with hospitality AND quick and efficient help, the day is good! Would 100% recommend! :-)
