Incredible experience! I’ve been seeing Dr. Schultz since 2011 and since the practice moved to John’s Creek, I am compelled to drive 30+ miles from Midtown to see him. I can’t speak highly enough of the practice and highly recommend Dr. Schultz. Mark is remarkable and is such a pleasant experience - from check-in to consultation. If you are serious about the longevity of your eye health, you’ll make the trip. It’s worth it.

Fabulous experience! They just could give Briggs and Justin Vision some healthy competition! Probably received one of the most thorough eye exams. Not once did I feel rushed, but rather Dr. Shultz made me feel important (especially my eyes 👀!). All state of the art equipment, easy parking with a great bakery next door, and super clean office. Did not have to wait weeks to get an appointment. Mark went out of his way to help me afford the glasses I needed. He has a real knack for selecting frames that will look great. You really need to check these guys out! I promise you will be so happy you did!

I originally went to the Dunwoody location for a Lasik consultation and ended up being eligible for SMILE at Johns Creek. Hands down the best experience I could have asked for. The font desk ladies and assistants at both Dunwoody and Johns Creek location were amazing. They really made me feel comfortable and extremely welcome in an environment I was nervous being in. The procedure itself looks incredibly intimidating but it really was quick and painless, just a little freaky. It took about 90 seconds per eye and I was in and out of the office in about 45 minutes. I was definitely freaked out during the procedure (who wouldn't be with a giant machine that close to your eye?) however Dr. Ashraf was absolutely amazing and talked through every step he was taking. His bedside manner has to be one of the best I've ever had. He's calm, attentive, and made me feel truly valued as a patient. As for the results of SMILE, my vision was very blurry at first and started coming back within the first hour. I went home, took a nap, then woke up with about 90% of my vision back. My only side effects were dry eyes and some blurriness around lights at night. Post-Op care is simple with 2 eye drops 4 times a day for about a week. If anyone is on the fence about getting the SMILE surgery, absolutely do it. This procedure changed my life! Thank you so much to everyone who has been a part of this from the front desk, to the assistants, and to Dr. Ashraf!!

The experience itself was a great one! I had previously seen 2 other LASIK surgeons and decided not to go see them because of their bedside manner and pricing. The pricing here at Atlanta Vision was reasonable for the procedure. Dr. Ashraf has an extremely great bedside manner. He explains the differences between SMILE and LASIK and pleasantly answered any questions that my boyfriend and I had at the time. To be honest, I was anxious at the thought of the surgery but everything went smoothly. I definitely would recommend him to others who are interested in getting eye surgery performed!

Excellent experience! I did the surgery this Thursday, and I am able to see just like a normal person now! The surgery was not that scary as I thought, Dr and his team are very helpful and patient, he was encouraging me the whole time during the surgery! I am very glad that I chose this place for my eyes!

Only does eye exams, doesn’t have glasses, frames or contacts on site. You have to take your prescription elsewhere. Horrible customer service, would not approve one pair of contacts to be sent to Walmart while I was out of town and had an emergency. Ended up having to cancel my plans and have someone drive to Tennessee to pick me up. Absolutely horrible, will not return and will not recommend.

An outstanding optometrist! Dr. McCleary gave me the most comprehensive eye examination I have ever had. She took the time to fully explain every procedure and test and then carefully explained what she found. In short, she was absolutely fantastic and I feel blessed to have her caring for my eyes.

I am very thankful to have found Dr. Higgins. This has been one of the best doctor experiences I have ever had. Ewelina, Gabby, Brianna and the rest of the team at this office are very nice and welcoming! I had been struggling with dry eyes from meibomian gland dysfunction for about 13 months before coming to this office. During that time, I saw 5 other eye doctors, who were unable to give me any relief from my symptoms. When I met Dr. Higgins for my first appointment, I was really impressed by him and his knowledge of dry eye disease. I remember having the impression that “he’s got this”. Furthermore, he’s also just a really nice guy who truly cares about his patients. You can tell that he is passionate about being a doctor. During my first appointment in January 2023, when Dr. Higgins assessed my meibomian glands, he stated that there was basically no oil coming out. Over the past 9 months, I have had 6 IPL treatments and done several rounds of platelet rich plasma eye drops. I am thankful and happy to say that the glands have been making great progress healing and I feel significantly better than I did on the day of my first appointment. As an example of my improvements, my mom had to drive me to my first appointment because my eyes were so dry and uncomfortable that driving for 50 minutes from my house to the office was just torturous. Six months later, in June, I drove for 4+ hours from CT to Philadelphia in one shot. My healing as a result of Dr. Higgins and these treatments has significantly improved my quality of life. I can’t recommend this office enough! Thank you!
